من أفضل الخيارات العائلية في طرابزون
Pros:

حجزت شقّة عائلية من غرفتين وصالة وكانت جدّاً جميلة وواسعة وفاقت التوقعات - الطاقم كان متعاون جدّاً وسمحوا لي بعمل دخول مبكّر وكذلك مددوا لنا وقت الخروج .. كانت عندي مشكلة تكييف في الشقّة الأولى لكن الطاقم تعاون معاي وغيرها لشقة أخرى في وقت قياسي .. كما انه توجد خدمة المساعدة في نقل الشنط عند الدخول والمغادرة - الفندق بشكل عام جديد ويقع في منطقة يومرا القريبة جدّاً من المطار .. مواقف السيارات متواجدة هارج الفندق ومجانية.
تجربة جميلة وباذن الله راح أكررها والشكر موصول للأخوان جمال وصلاح الدين وكذلك ميرفي على تعاونهم ورقيهم.

Очень комфортные номера, новые, качественные.
Бронировали люкс с одной спальней - нам сделали апгрейд - люкс с двумя спальнями.
Останавливались переночевать по дороге из Екатеринбурга в Фетхие) не хотелось покидать эту прекрасную кровать.
Спасибо за приветственные фрукты и орехи.

فندق اكثر من رائع من جميع النواحي نظافة هدو وكان الموضفين الاستاذه ميرفت والاستاذه فائزا والستاد عثمان والأستاذ كمال هم من جعلو للمكان اكثر قيمة ومتعة بابتسامتهم الجميله وحسن ترحيبهم واستقبالهم وقد قدم لنا الأستاذ عثمان ترقية لحجزنا وجعل الغرف مطلة على البحر وكذلك ظيافة من الفندق
الحقيقة ان تعامل الموظفين يجعلك ترفع لهم القبعة احتراماً فلهم مني كل الشكر وسأعاود الحجز في هذا الفندق المميز وساوصي به لجميع اصدقائي وعائلتي
