Pros:

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Our room was very clean and modern and we enjoyed the views of downtown

Cons:

We weren't aware that we had to pay for parking but the max amount if you self-park in the parking garage for the day (assuming you are not leaving) was $8

Pozione centrale, camera moderna, ampia, pulita e confortevole; personale molto disponibile (ci ha consentito un late checkout) e cortese

Cons:

Pur avendo disattivato la climatizzazione, permaneva un rumore di fondo proveniente dal sistema di canalizzazione dell’aria che non siamo riusciti a eliminare (era tardi e non abbiamo chiesto, rimanendo comunque tollerabile)

We had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfy, the room was very clean. It was very quiet & had we an awesome view!

Good until it wasn't.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. I liked the coffee quality and the fruit and vegies seemed fresh.

Cons:

9AM false fire alarm that woke me up and really ruined my stay. Felt like crap all day after getting woke up like that. 4PM check in time that $15 payment could let you in early? If the room is clean and open, why make someone pay extra to get in at 4PM, which is also really late in the day for the price you are asking.

Lovely decor, spacious and comfortable accomodations, wonderful breakfast
Pros:

We loved the clean, well designed, modern and spacious room. We enjoyed the numerous tasty choices of the included breakfast. The breakfast area was very convenient and pleasing.

Cons:

There is only valet parking on site. Arrivals become congested out front since there is very little street space. The other option is parking across the street in a city parking structure, which is actually a much more reasonable price. Best to park there first. Front desk woman that checked us in did not answer my question about parking very pleasantly. She seemed annoyed that I was not familiar with the entrance to the city parking structure. I had not been to this hotel before. Providing parking information ahead of arrival would be best.

Breakfast and room size

Cons:

No parking included, breakfast area to cramped had to wait in a long long for breakfast. Scrambled eggs kept running out and everyone had to keep waiting.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, lots of variety and yummy omelettes. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I also liked the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening 😊
