Good value for money
Pros:

Beautiful building, some of the best food I ate in Bali, friendly staff. An easy scooter ride to the beach. Really comfortable bed

Cons:

Pool isn’t very inviting, tucked round a corner and doesn’t have any sun loungers. Not quite as pictured.

Cons:

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. This was not a stay — it felt like complete disregard for guests.

We were placed in a room located literally 2 meters from the restaurant. Not “nearby” — practically inside it. The noise is constant: loud conversations, clattering dishes, chairs being moved, music. It feels like there are no walls at all.

There is absolutely no mention in the room description that it is directly next to the restaurant. This is critical information that is simply not disclosed. Had we known, we would never have booked this room.

I arrived with a child who needs to sleep at 8 PM. At that exact time, the restaurant becomes busy and noisy. Sleeping or resting is simply impossible. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a complete lack of basic comfort.

We asked the staff to move us to a quieter room further away from the restaurant. We were refused. No real attempt to help. No alternative offered. No genuine concern. Just indifference.

It feels like the hotel knowingly sells rooms that are not suitable for rest, without properly informing guests about their location.

If you value sleep, quiet, and basic respect as a paying guest — avoid this place.

We will be seeking a full refund and strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here.

Beautiful atmosphere with a comfy room and accommodating staff!
Pros:

Great place to stay, with beautiful architecture and a comfortable bed! I booked this stay very last minute (around 7:30pm for that night) and I was accommodated with a late check in, which I appreciated. There is a beautiful courtyard and in the morning they have breakfast and great coffee at a good price!

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good.
