Even with my comments regarding the size and bed situation it was still very nice for a couple of nights. The facilities
Pros:

Great location, close to beach. Quiet at night. Easy access and parking.

Cons:

I didn’t realise quite how small it would be. This is probably my own fault for not looking closer at the pictures and details. The fold down bed was the main issue for me, I wasn’t expecting that.

Very very disappointing stay
Pros:

Location as it was very close Daytona Beach, where my friends live

Cons:

The room I was given, did not have the hot water and every day morning before leaving I had to take the cold water bath. When reported they simply said ‘nothing they can do about it’.

Stay was excellent, nice cozy accommodation at great location
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, quick responses to queries by owner. Allowed early check in which was really helpful.

Cons:

Not much really except sofa bed didn’t open up by myself which created some issues first night

Pros:

The location was great! It was a perfect size for a couple. Quick walk to the beach. They gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and a little wagon. Definitely would stay there again before a cruise.
