Breakfast is the best!
I would love to have an elevator. I don't mind walking in general but with heavy lugguage and ski boots. Steps are difficult to manuver
The location, staffs, spacious room, the mist sauna.
No elevator. We have to carry our luggages all the way to 2nd floor. Not a big deal though.

I like everything including the breakfast, staff and room size.
We didn't drive a car and use their shuttle service to all booked restaurant, supermarket and ski field. The location is excellent as only few minutes drive to all area. Big room for a king size bed and other living room to arrange our two big luggage and to do everyday warmth up exercise before our ski. Shuttle bus service and easy to book and nice driver.
No Onsen facility but hot bath facility instead.

Amazing hotel - way exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, warm and toasty, storage lockers and a drying room for gear, onsen, shower sauna thingy, walk into Hakuba, hotel shuttle to iwatake or happo, otherwise a short walk to adjacent tokyu hotel and onto the shuttle bus for other mountains, town etc. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely staff, really clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast was also very good.
Transport options were amazing and the Phoenix van drivers were great at getting us to/from the other Hakuba Hospitality Group restaurants and to/from the ski fields. Taxi service in Hakuba is spotty at best, so the vans are a life saver.
Really helpful staff - when you check in, they connect you to their WhatsApp account, and you can ask for things, bookings, lifts, etc.
First rate breakfast - important for ski days!
Nothing to dislike - just be aware that most properties in Happo/Hakuba are not ski in ski out; that said, it’s not that far to walk if you had to, while the staff ran a shuttle service in any case, and for some of the further afield resorts there’s a partnership with the hotel next door.
