Excellent hotel perfect spot for exploring Puerto Banus, onsite restaurant very good & reasonably priced would def recommend a stay here

Outsta ding in every way except 1. The hotel needs to invest in new pool chairs. Eack one is so worn out that it hurts to sit or lay on them as they sink to the frames. We tried to pile towels on them and the problem still hurt your bones. It is time to get new ones. I think they have gotten their moneys worth. Now it is time for stronger canvas with padding on beach ch a irs. Thanks for an e cellent stay.

Lovely hotel, third year we've stayed here and already booked again for 2026. A quiet gem close to everything we need for our trip. Staff are brilliant and it helps makes for a relaxing stay.

Staff friendly and approachable love the hotel

We stayed for five nights at this lovely hotel, which is in a very nice residential area. The service was so friendly from every member of staff. The hotel is quiet, very pretty, spotless and the food and drink delicious. Its a short walk to local shops and the beach. We walked along the prom to Peurto Banus and ate at restaurants along the beach. We also walked to the town of San Pedro de Alcantara and visited the market which is held on a Thursday. We felt very safe at all times. The hotel is a perfect base to relax and we would all highly recommend it.

We had to move rooms for our second night, currently next to the hotel is a building site that was very noisy in the morning, also not a nice view. The second room facing inside the hotel was much nicer and more peaceful.

Was a little difficult to find but in a nice quiet area close to the beach. Not much around, but a few nice restaurants and walkable to Puerto Banus. The hotel was lovely, felt like a charming boutique hotel and not a chain. Nice communal areas and a nice pool and relaxation areas around. Could do with more shade though. Rooms were clean and basic. Lots of choice for breakfast and very tasty.

We only stayed for 1 night as part of a longer stay. We arrived early and was able to store our luggage and use the pool and other amenities.
We was able to gain access to our room 2 hours earlier which was a bonus. We had a ground floor room 20 which had everything we needed and the shower was nice and hot and powerful.
The bed was comfortable as was the pillows and the aircon was fab!
A good selection in the mini bar and reasonable prices as was the drinks at the pool side bar.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
A 5 min walk to the beach and there a selections of beach bars/restaurants.

If we was in the are we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My 2 teenage daughters and I were on a Mother daughters trip together after a painful divorce. All of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel calm, comfortable and wonderfully looked after.

Great location and nice pool.

Nice hotel

Nice property walking distance to a promenade with wide variety of dining options. Good breakfasts and welcoming pool. Room is basic good bath and water pressure. A/C smells horrible and there was some garbage on the drawers of nightstands (probably from previous guests).

Peaceful clean well maintain but very basic room , toilettes and services for the price

We had a lovely stay. Hotel in a good location as about 10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Staff were very accommodating- especially Alejandro at the bar- lovely mojitos!

Was noisy from the building site however we realise that there is little the hotel can do about this

It was amazing

A really pretty hotel. We had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and air con kept us cool. Great pool and bar, breakfast was nice. We will stay here again.
