Possibilité de remise des clés le matin (sans accéder à la chambre), afin d’éviter le Check in à la borne automatique le soir.

Pratique mais vraiment très mauvais rapport qualité prix

Bien placé pour être en très peu de temps dans le centre d’Avignon.
L’agent d’accueil était très aimable, serviable et disponible, rien à redire là dessus.

Cons:

La climatisation fonctionnait mais fuyait sur le lit individuel avec donc oreiller, couette, matelas et sommier trempés.
Nous avons heureusement pu bénéficier du grand lit qui était loin de la clim.
Rideau de douche pas propre; toilette et douche dans une cabine plastique ultra humide; pommeau de douche et accroche vieillissants; pas de tapis de douche.
Bref ça passait pour une nuit mais à la vue du prix, bien trop cher pour une chambre aussi peu reluisante.

La gentillesse du personnel d’accueil toujours pret à répondre à vos demandes.

Cons:

L’état de certains éléments dans la chambre : bureau, sommier.
Du mobilier exterieur avec des tables bancales ou tellement fatiguées qu’il manquait des lattes. En me relevant d’un banc un peu brusquement j’ai failli faire tomber les personnes à l’autre bout. Dommage car manger en exterieur à l’ombre est un luxe en période de canicule. Bref cet espace demande un renouvellement de son mobilier pour devenir un atout pour l’hotel.

L'accès pratique en bus depuis le centre ville d'Avignon.
Le personnel de l'établissement est serviable et attentionné.

Cons:

Le bâtiment est ancien et n'est pas vraiment entretenu... Il devrait être rénové et rafraichi pour plus de confort. Manque de mobilier et vaisselle pour le petit déjeuner...
