Very bad and frustrated.
Pros:

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned at all. One room we got doesn't have AC, No basic amenities were present. Rooms were in very bad shape. No maintenance were there. I request the Booking.com to remove the hotel from there site. Photos are misleading. This not your usual FAB hotel chains.

The staff is helpful

Cons:

The hideous location. Poor condition or rooms. Extremely poor network connectivity. Poor wifi in many rooms and had to request a change of rooms for better wifi. The washrooms are in extremely poor conditions

Pros:

Worse Hotel ever seen in last 20 years of stay in Hotel. Even after booking dates change was accepted thru booking.com still they didn't honour and refused booking. We had to search for different hotel at the last moment.

They are bushit people, not worth staying

Pros:

Nothing. No breakfast was provided. Was charged 300 rs extra for early check-in.
Room was smelly.
Rat inside room.
No ventilation.
Dirty toilet.
