A satisfactory stay with excellent location and helpful staff.
Pros:

My recent stay at Signature Apartments and Hotel in Accra was overall satisfactory, with several positive aspects that made the experience enjoyable. The property offers a good view of the city and is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the airport, making it easy to move around. The location itself is a strong advantage, and the staff were consistently helpful and attentive, which added to the comfort of the stay.

Cons:

That said, there are areas that could benefit from improvement. Cleanliness requires more attention, as I found dust and garbage—including plastic bottles and wrappers—under the bed. The living room sofa appeared old and had an unpleasant odor, suggesting it may need replacement. Additionally, one of the bedroom mattresses seemed worn, with springs that no longer provided proper support, making sleep uncomfortable.

A very Pleasant family stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect and provided ease of access to the airport and to the activities we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the space, its very modern, clean and detailed with lovely finishes. The pool was very relaxing and there was always someone available to help if we had any questions. Bela was very helpful in attending to our needs and the room was just perfect. It had all the requirements of a fully furnished home and most importantly the aircon was very refreshing. The restaurant up top was a pleasant experience as well. I would definitely recommend signature apartments again for anyone.

Cons:

The iron had a ceramic base so extra precaution had to be taken as it could burn your clothes if not careful, especially if the iron has burnt residue on the base. I would suggest an iron with a stainless-steel base, although we didn't see it as a big issue as everything else in the room was just perfect. Definitely a brilliant stay and no complaints.

It was ok but could have been better.
Pros:

The location of the property and the stores and restaurants on the property was convenient.

Cons:

It was dirty on arrival. The bed duvet had a giant burn whole in it. The stools were very dusty. I had to clean it on arrival.

Pros:

Although it’s not a traditional hotel, I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. Tea, Lipton, Milo, and sugar were provided for beverages. The room and bathroom were very clean. The heater and air conditioning worked perfectly well. The bed was very comfortable, and the WiFi was strong enough for my work. They responded to messages very quickly. I truly loved their service.

Good location for a solo traveller
Pros:

The location is good and it's easy to get around by car or uber. Aisha as host was great and the staff in general were very helpful. I liked that there is a gym, pools, and on site shops and restaurants. Good spot for a solo traveller.

Cons:

The apartment itself is tired. The kitchen has a mismatch of dinnerware and I couldn't find any cutlery and it needs new pillows and the balcony is tiny.
