Enjoyable
Pros:

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, and the pool and GYM were clean and enjoyable. Aisha was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly. The staff and security were excellent, and the improved WiFi made my stay even better.

Photoshop increible

que es un sitio vigilado y seguro. Tiene un pequeño (muy pequeño) supermercado en el complejo, y tiene un par de sitios para comer en el mismo complejo residencial, eso te da juego a la hora de hacer tus planes, en especial si al acabar las excursiones del día, no te apetece por seguridad o simplemente pereza irte muy lejos del hotel.

Cons:

El trabajo de Photoshop es increíble. El apartamento estudio que alquile era muy pequeño y no era ni por asomo lo que se veía en las fotos, la cerradura estaba rota (se estaba cayendo) tenía muy pocos utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, solo dos tenedores, y un cuchillo, no había cucharas por ejemplo, las pedí y me trajeron unas de dulce. Jabón para manos no había. Las toallas estaban limpias, pero manchadas, tenían un color negro, que daba la sensación de suciedad. Se fue la luz un par de veces, y el wifi nunca funciono. Para lo que cuesta me parece exageradamente caro, y no lo recomiendo, creo que hay mejores opciones en la ciudad. Y no es un hotel, es un conjuntos residencial con pisos que alquilan particulares.

Great location, Nice Restaurant, decent sizing on the rooms. Just pay the full balance before arriva
Pros:

Restaurant staff are very attentive and food was good. Chemist and supermarket on site which was helpful. Location top tier. I would stay again but won't be first choice.

Cons:

Upon arrival it took nearly two hours to check in as they wanted me to pay in USD in which I didn't hav. I'm a UK citizen and in Ghana so will only have their currency. The apartment have their own exchange rate and don't go off the market rate, in which I feel is cheeky. I refused to pay above the Ghana bank rate. In the end the staff did help and I was able to purchase the room at the rate advertised on booking.com. The room I had was meant to be a delux, however was quite basic, room weren't over clean, marks on walls, stiff patio door, and the bed creaked all the way, any turn made the bed made music. Other than that it served its purpose. Top tip; My advice would be to pay in full before arrival to avoid extra spends.

Overall very nice hotel
Pros:

I liked the washing machine/,dryer in the room and cooker .
Manager very helpful came immediately when I needed help

Cons:

Was on the 4th floor would have liked to choose the floor of my choice upon booking .
Manager would have moved rooms for me but unfortunatley all rooms were full
