Vista Napoli Residence by Casa Napoletana

We changed our accommodations in Naples at the last minute. My friend and I had originally picked a different place, but this one really caught our eye based on the photos. We travel often, but this was probably the first time we’ve stayed in such a beautiful and spacious apartment.

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the city center and the shopping streets. Although the apartment is located on a hill, the hotel’s shuttle service was literally on call—whenever we needed it, a car would pick us up at the bottom, so we didn’t have to walk up the hill. There’s also a cable car right next door that takes you up, but the shuttle pickup was very convenient.

The apartment itself is huge, very clean, and everything is spacious. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet. On the second floor, there is a terrace with an incredible view of all of Naples. Both the morning and evening views are breathtaking and unforgettable. In my opinion, this apartment is one of the most beautiful in Naples!

Cosy apartment with everything you need, a responsive and helpful host and a fantastic location that made getting around effortless. The space was spotless, well-equipped and exactly as described—comfortable, quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is one of the cases, where the reality exceeds the expectations. When you book, you see nice photos, great location, and an amazing view. But once you arrive you find something much more exciting. We were lucky to have the apartment on the top floor, with the fantastic terrace overlooking the city, the bay and mount Vesuvius!!!
First, the apartment is spacious, furnished with a great taste and has anything you need for the stay. If anything needs to be fixed, they do it immediately. There are 2 bathrooms with showers (1 with a bath tab) and an extra toilet on the way up to the terrace. This can easily fit 6 guest as the sofa in the leaving room turns into a large bed.
The view from the terrace is charming and the terrace itself is a fantastic place to hang out for your morning coffee with fantastic views or a lounge for your evening wine with the family or friends.
And finally the staff. I travel a lot and Luca is the BEST HOST I have ever met. He’s always out there if you need anything, he helps with your trips and gives the best tips about restaurants and attractions. He is friendly, patient and super nice, doing his best to make you feel comfortable not only with the apartment but also your overall travel experience in Naples and the surrounding area. HUGE THANKS!
I also want to mention Giovanni, who was driving the free shuttle from the gates to the apartment. He is super nice and polite!
If traveling to Naples again with a group, this is my top choice.
P.S. the 200 m walk from the gates up to the apartment is easy and enjoyable, but if you have problems and are tired to walk, just text “Up” and they pick you up in few minutes and drive you there for free. The funicular is right next door to the gate and you go 1 stop down and you are in the heart of Naples within 3-5 mins. Same on the way back, get the funicular up and you are at the gate.

Posizione centrale, locali puliti e arredati con gusto. Molta attenzione da parte dei gestori. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in un gruppo di otto persone per Capodanno e ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto. L'appartamento è incredibilmente spazioso e pulito, ma è la vista a togliere davvero il fiato.
​L'arredamento è molto curato, con un'attenzione particolare all'illuminazione che crea un'atmosfera splendida. La cucina ben attrezzata è stata il cuore del nostro soggiorno: abbiamo potuto cucinare comodamente per tutti senza sentirci stretti.
Ottima la gestione degli spazi: ognuno ha dormito comodamente e i tre bagni (puliti e spaziosi) avevano una scorta di prodotti più che adeguata.
​Un plauso speciale allo staff per i servizi offerti: dalla navetta alla prenotazione del parcheggio, fino al prezioso aiuto con le valigie. Consigliatissimo, ci avete regalato un inizio anno meraviglioso!

spacious and with a real kitchen ( oven…)

The property is well located near public. Transport. The view of Napoli is awesome. It is very spacious , clean and organised .

Mario was a wonderful host and was always available whenever we had a question. The view from the appartment is absolutely fabulous and we took the funicular to get to most places.

Very well priced great facilities for what you get (it’s a lot) it’s excellent value, they also provide a transfer to and from the airport
