Overall pleased with this property
Pros:

I chose this property because it is within walking distance of the Ball Arena. The staff were wonderful: Julian, the concierge, was gracious, accommodating, and helpful; Mario H, the bartender, was everything one expects in a bartender, i.e., welcoming, entertaining, engaging. There were extra pillows on each bed (two pillows per bed are inadequate), a heavy curtain that blocked all exterior light and ensured the room was completely dark at night, and good lighting in the bathroom including a thoughtful, motion-triggered night light. Also, great storage via the bathroom vanity. The courtyard was nice and surprisingly calm for a downtown location, but would benefit from a few more large potted plants.

Cons:

Rather weak water pressure in the shower. The refrigerator in the room was undersized; I could not fit much more than a few cans of soda in it. The ironing board was missing from the room upon arrival, but one was promptly sent up after a call to the front desk. Lastly, the tax rate on the room was appalling. I realize this has nothing to do with Marriott but rather with local government. I would stay at another Courtyard property, but I doubt I would return to Denver.

We enjoyed our stay, our room view over looking the stadium was cool.

The location of the hotel was great because our main reason was attending the Denver Broncos home game.

I am a Hilton member.I had already paid for my hotel prior to getting to Denver, after I checked in the young lady took an additional fifty dollars out and it still has not been refunded back to me.I don't understand why I was charged an additional fifty dollars.

Clean and quiet
Pros:

Clean, affordable parking, quiet. I liked the 2nd floor terrace where I sat and drank coffee while my roommate slept.

Pros:

Very clean, great staff. Location was okay if you need to be near downtown or the stadium. The only thing is there is no parking available if you get back to your room late. Very small and tight underground parking. Almost had to park in the street, which is a little sketchy, but all in all I would stay there again if needed.

Pros:

This is an awesome hotel in a great location for any event you attend at Mile High stadium in Denver. Perfect for Bronco games and mega concerts. The roof top platform has incredible views of Downtown Denver.

I'm afraid to schedule through Booking.com again if the hotel does not get notice that I paid
Pros:

The hotel was new and very clean. The room was very spacious and modern.

Cons:

The hotel did not recognize my Booking.com reservation and double-charged me. I was not able to get refunded until after my trip. This was not ideal, as I am not wealthy.

Cons:

This hotel is horrible. It is extremely over priced, the breakfast is not great and costs a fortune. Finally, most of all, they have a patio for rent and have rave parties on top during the evening to the point where being on the second floor, windows closed, I could not sleep because of the music!

I really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very clean, updated, and relaxing to stay in.

Cons:

I wish there were more free parking options available. The street parking in the city can be really iffy, but not terrible. Would have felt more secure with designated parking on property.
