Pros:

Good location - very close to the ancient city and to the railway station. Room is nice and comfortable with a nice view to the river.

Cons:

It was quite cold in the room but the AC was very noisy.

Gutes Zimmer, gute Lage am Fluss, schöne Sicht vom Balkon.
Pros:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Flussblick gebucht, das lohnt sich! Vom Hotel aus direkt am Fluss entlang ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. In Hotelnähe gibt es keine keine Karaoke-Bars, also gut für eine ruhige Nacht. Sehr gute Betten! Achtung: es gibt keine Didi‘s in Fenghuang. Das normale Taxi vom Bahnhof zum Hotel kostet 25-30 CNY und bringt Euch zu einem Haltepunkt ca. 150 m entfernt vom Hotel, ab dort geht’s zu Fuß bis zum Hotel.

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption konnte uns nur einen privaten Transfer für 50 CNY anbieten und sah keine Möglichkeit ein normales Taxi zu rufen.

江景房，有沱江景色可看。離磁浮鳳凰之眼站不算遠，走路時五分鐘。在上游區，離中心區走路不遠且商店也不少，鬧中取靜。

Hotel situato nel centro storico di Fenghuang ha camere caratteristiche con balcone con vista sul fiume. Il personale è molto disponibile anche se parla pochissimo l’inglese, ma con il traduttore è tutto molto semplice. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Non c’è la colazione e nella stradina dietro l’hotel ci sono molti ristorantini che però hanno cibo esclusivamente orientale

Toller Ausflug um die chinesische Kultur ausserhalb der Großstädte zu erleben.
Pros:

Einheimisches Frühstück, super lecker und sehr freundliches Personal. Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Flusspromenade die sehr belebt ist. Die Fenster aus dem Zimmer blicken auf den Fluss ;)

Clean and big room. We were given free upgrade. Location is 20mins walk to old town.

Location was good, 15 mins walk from Maglev station. Right on the bank of Tuojiang River. Far away enough from the tourist crowd yet close enough to see all the key tourist locations.

Very pleasant and helpful reception. She saved the Hotel 100%. Reception buy us breakfast every day from the bakery fresh.

Hot water was unstable so we can’t do a proper shower.

Pros:

The hotel is by the river on the quieter side of the town. The staffs are friendly. They may not speak English very well but they try to communicate with us and we understand each other.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there's a renovation going on at the time that we book. We got downgrade to another type of room. The hotel gave us discount but they should have informed us before hand. We also get one towel with holes in it. :(
