Exceptional
Pros:

Staffs are welcoming, was given a cup of tea upon arriving. They checked with me if the room I booked was OK. As I was only staying for 1 night therefore didn't have time for other service but I found out they do laundry service for their guest too, guest just have to put a note in their laundry basket and they will deliver the laundry to your room once done.

During check out, it was raining and the staff actually gave me a bottle of warm water. That is very sweet of them.
