总体来说酒店整体不错。
Pros:

酒店的位置极佳，一定选海景房。虽然在山坡上但车子是可以开上去的，最多就是进房间要走一点楼梯，完全可以忽略。

Cons:

酒店年代悠久，有些设置老旧了。入住第二天房间的空调坏了，后来快速换了另外一间，还算满意。

I would stay here again
Pros:

The views were the main seller for this property. It’s worth the big hill you have to climb to get to your room.

Cons:

We couldn’t drink in the pool area (even with plastic cups) so it took the relaxation out of our pool day.

Good value accommodation
Pros:

The views. Even though it's up the hill, the location was really good, close to everything. Can be tough going up the hill in hot weather, however the views from our room is impeccable. Not a 5 star apartment but it's super comfortable, the AC & ceiling fans are great, the kitchen is adequately equipped. Super friendly staff.

Cons:

Please provide pool towels at no extra cost. Remind guests to bring one at least.
Some help to take our luggages up and down would be nice.
Fly screens on the sliding doors for some fresh air, great for when cooking as there's no extractor in the kitchen.

The stay was good, views are stunning. Could be cheaper since there’s no wifi or kitchen amenities.
Pros:

The views from the balcony were absolutely the best thing about our stay. Everyday waking up those turquoise coloured ocean was a dream.

Cons:

No WIFI in any rooms. There was no cooking stove and we were given dishes and cooking pan which was a bit bummer as we were planning to cook a bit at the resort.

Will definitely be back to Airlie and would book Whitsunday Terraces on our next visit.
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the views from both the room and the restaurant were absolutely amazing. The room had recently been updated with modern furniture, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great location and experience and would happily stay again.

Cons:

For the specific room that we were in, a fresh coat of paint and updated lighting would help modernise the space. As mentioned in other reviews, having Wi‑Fi available even at a fee would also be good.

My friend and I had a really great time, we were very happy with the view from our room and the pool
Pros:

The pool, location and view were amazing! Staff kind and were helpful. The rooms were good, they had aircon.

Cons:

Unfortunately you have to pay for your own towel, as opposed to getting room service. It is as $3 for a new towel despite staying for 4 nights. Also, we had to take our own rubbish out before we left. I respect that, it’s fair enough. But it’s just I’ve never stayed anywhere where we’ve had to dispose of our own rubbish.
