Perfect weekend to relax and enjoy
Pros:

The location was very good walking distance to main street you also get in a bit of exercise from walking up the hill. The room was very spacious, the view was perfect.

The property was spacious and the shower was very good. The pool area was nice.

Cons:

There is no wifi in the rooms and if you want wifi connection you have to sit outside to do so. The rooms are accessed by stairs. We stayed for a few nights (4) and got no clean towels. You are asked to bring your rubbish to the bins outside which we had no problem doing but there was no extra bin bags we had to use paper bags that we had from doing our groceries.

Pros:

Stunning location. View excellent over marina and bay.

Not easy to get car close to room. Parking one level "lower" than room helped to avoid stairs.

Avoid at all costs
Cons:

We accidentally checked out late (10:30am instead of 10am), immediately apologised, and offered to pay the late fee($30, which we were told would double after an hour) Instead of handling it professionally, the staff member was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Her tone was hostile, and she spoke to us in a very nasty way while repeatedly asking how long we needed. We fully acknowledged our mistake and were willing to pay, so there was absolutely no excuse for that kind of behaviour.


The hotel itself is outdated and poorly maintained. No housekeeping unless staying 6+ nights, and you’re expected to clean your own room. Found ants on the bedside table and even on the bed. Bedding was inadequate, and no WiFi in the room. This place has some of the worst service I’ve experienced.Horrible experience overall.
