Very disappointed in hotel as they cancelled the room on us at 9.35pm by email after us travelling out from Belfast. we were left then with nowhere to stay
The staff was excellent. The front desk person (Toloo) was fantastic. We had two rooms and they were far apart. We asked her and very quickly she found two that were very close together.
Breakfast was great. Full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, cooked mushrooms, cooked tomato halves, baked beans, hash browns, fruits, cold cuts, yogurt, a very nice coffee machine.
They have a restaurant and a couple of nights after a long day around town we decided to eat at the hotel and the food was excellent.

The pool wasn't working, check in took to long and she let the man behind us push in front, very disappointing.
Hot Breakfast was poor quality and options poor
No TV remote in the room had to waste time going back to reception , fair play to staff sorted it out quickly.

I liked the room the staff and the architectural beauty of the original pub and how it was incorporated into the new modern design building that is the reception and accommodation. Excellent.
The room was very well-sized and located. There was a bus to the city center right in front of the hotel, and a metro station further down the road.

Room was nice, but tatty in places e.g. light fitting by bed was broken and swung about. Bath had filler around plughole. Bathroom tap leaked.

De ligging van het hotel tov hartje Londen. Het treinstation Cricklewood is dichtbij. Het is ongeveer een half uurtje reizen.
Vriendelijk personeel. Zeker bij het ontbijt, ze doen ontzettend hun best om alles 'gevuld' te houden. Het restaurant heeft een leuke menukaart, wij vonden de curry's erg lekker.
TIP; wij vlogen 's avonds vanaf Londen Heathrow en hebben onze bagage afgegeven bij een bemande luggage storage net buiten metrostation Paddington. Keurig en betrouwbaar voor 5 pond per tas/koffertje/dag Zodoende konden wij onbezorgd nog een paar uurtjes Londen bekijken.
De kamer was wat verouderd maar wel ruim. Douchen in een bad blijft een dingetje. Er werd wel een anti-slip mat aangeboden en er waren ihk van de veiligheid beugels aan de muur bevestigd. Ook hing er een schoon, nieuw douchegordijn. Het 2 pers bed was meer een twijfelaar en de (veer) matrassen waren voor ons te zacht.
De bediening in het (nieuwe) restaurant laat wat te wensen over. Zij hebben duidelijk nog geen echte horeca ervaring.
