Excellent costumer service
Clean and homely
self serve bfst, we use this for events at wembley both a train and bus service makes it accessible for a very good price.
VFM so book
Room was large with a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily if we requested.
The buffet breakfast spread was pretty good and catered to all tastes.
There was a nice spacious lobby with soothing music to relax in and a 24 hour reception desk.
There is a train station 5 to 8 mins walk away and a bus stop just outside the Hotel.
The WiFi kept dropping out.
The area outside the Hotel did not feel the safest at night.
There was no fridge in the room.
The staff, the silence, the vibe.

Fantastic location for me working at TROUBADOUR STUDIOS staff super friendly and welcoming.It has certain quaint charm having a pub with history attached.I loved my room was spacious clean and all the usual amenities,had control of the heating too and facilities to make a drink.
location great for local shops and transport I'D SAY A HIDDEN Gem throughly enjoyable stay. Also has a pool which do need to check out, A tv that works !!!!! plenty of towels /loo roll etc . and quite quiet nights. yes absolutely love it here.
