En un general todo bien!
Bastante lejos de cualquier estación de metro, el barrio un poco raro tal vez. Las camas podrían ser más cómodas y la habitación no tenía ventana
Great location and stay. Very friendly staff and wonderful bed.
The room is big and quiet at night. It is close to the bus stop and restaurants. Julie is super nice. She helps us to changed the room because my colleagues did the early check-in with a family room. Finally, Julie helps us to get a correct room reserved by me.

Lobby was nice and the staff were lovely
A tale of two half as this is the second time we had stayed first time was great.
We were on the front of the hotel near the main road,the area isn't great,loads of police cars people were arrested,we had to have windows open because of the heat so heard everything,there was a balcony but you couldn't use it.
I tried to plug something but the plug fell out,.batjroom shower the tap looked like it was hanging out.
The bath was so deep if you are small you have to literally climb in it and the towels were put so high up we had to climb in the bath to get them off the rack.
There was a fire stick remote but not fire stick.
The plug to plug the little in didn't work so I had to put it on the plug near the floor to boil it.
Julie was an amazing at front desk.

room was dirty, damp, smelled of smoke. Shower was poor functionally.
Clean and refurbish the hotel fix doors of showers change the carpet clean the glass at the front entrance get new management that care about hygiene and pays attention to detail it's a 2 star hotel.
I didn’t have breakfast there, however the staff were very friendly and nice. This is applicable to the receptionist and the bartenders
