This time the room was clean and quiet

The breakfast was very poor, the bacon looked very much alive and food containers most of time empty and ony cereals and milk availabe
When the room was given to us, we have mentioned to the male manager that the room offered was not the one we paid on booking.com and he said there is nothing else available as the hotel was full. We paid for an executive room. He offered us a free dinner to apologise, but since we could'nt accepet it as were not in the hotel that evening, he offered us a small refund of around 30 pounds and mentioning will get back to our account within the next few days. We never recieved the money, which I find it extremly bad. I hopy higher manager are seeing this and takes care of it.
