The staff was exceptional and the pub was the main feature for us. Very easy to get to central London as tourists just hop on the bus outside the hotel or take a short walk to the train station.
I like the service and room above expectation
Welcome drinks are awful
Achei decepcionante
Clean room, friendly staff nice big venue with communal seated areas and a joint pub.
Bathroom a little outdated and carpet in the room feels unhygienic but still good for what you pay
Location was very good and the food was very good
School kids at breakfast. Not really the kids but when I'm trying to get something to eat before I go to work, it was a struggle and I was queueing for so long, I had to skip breakfast as I didn't have time. Maybe put more seating out if you know you have schools visiting. Poor organisation by the hotel, but kids were very well behaved.
Hospitality is as amazing

IThe first person to welcome us to the Hotel was a lovely receptionist named Julie she went above and beyond very professional when helping us check in early as our son had taken sick enroute from airport to Hotel Julie was very kind towards our son.We waited 20 minutes then Julie called us. A huge thankyou again to Julie and of course we'll done to the Housekeeping staff too for getting the room cleaned which ensured an early check in for us 😀
The bedroom window lock was broken which meant when we tried to close window it closed for little while then opened again which when we came back after 10pm one night room was freezing. Also few stains on carpet and net curtain wear amd tear which should have been either professionally cleaned or replaced. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly either and I hate to say it but the breakfast for a 4 star hotel was not up to 4 star standards tasted very cheap and not good quality at all. Which was very disappointing 😞
Room was large and despite being just off reception area there was no noise or disturbance. Very close to Cricklewood station on Thames Link line. Stayed for Lords cricket test, close enough to be convenient and good value for money.
La calidad precio del hotel es muy buena. A 15 minutos o menos de dos estaciones de metro. El personal al recepción al Julie nos atendió muy bien, también a la llegada nos atendieron genial y los precios del Pub muy competitivos con buena calidad de la comida. Tienen aparcamiento
En general nada. Era lo que necesitábamos
Clean and comfortable rooms, close to the train station (10 minutes walk)
the hotel is good but might not be the safest area at night
Convenient to train station.
Check in was poor, very loud outside hotel, poor windows, window sill falling off,, no fridge in room, curtain didn’t fit window, and I was called to the room at 8am to query payment, which woke us up! Breakfast wasn’t great at all either. Def not a 4 star in my opinion. Very like a travel lodge style
Excellent
It was a bit noisy during the night and early morning!
no WiFi in room, only at reception
The room was lovely - very comfortable and well equiped.
Biscuits in the room?
Perhaps a sign on the lift buttons which says 'reception'?
