Overall a good stay for the short time I was there… I would stay there again
Pros:

Location was very good, rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable, I also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very nice

Cons:

I stayed on the 3rd floor for the peace and quiet….but someone decided to smoke weed smoke was terrible, but I think that was due to one or two people staying

Quiet, clean, room and good hot breakfast, this hotel is a great value.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet. The room was clean. Good water pressure and temperature. Good A/C. All electrical worked.

Breakfast was eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle maker, danishes/muffins, bread for toast, cereals, yogurt, and of course coffee/tea and apple/orange juices.

Cons:

At this price point there was nothing not to like.

Overall it was a good stay and I would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent and a good variety. Always nice to have a hot breakfast. All of the staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was nice.

Cons:

Sort of an odd smell around the hotel. The waffle batter was too runny on the 2nd morning so they wouldn't form properly.

318 might need a bit of touching up other wise definitely recommend staying here.
Pros:

It was very easy to reach driving wise, didn’t have to like dip into no crazy streets just to get to the hotel.

Cons:

The only dislike I had was about the room we stayed in. There was a fair amount of damage to some places in the room already, thankfully I took pictures to show proof that we weren’t the ones who did it. Other than that our stay was lovely.
