Enjoyable, pleasant and will be back.
Pros:

I liked how friendly and accommodating all the staff were, they were also kind enough to upgrade me to complimentary breakfast and do my laundry every second day without me asking. I was fully prepared to utilise and do my own laundry as I thought it was self service, but house keeping collected it when they came to do their daily cleaning and would return my clothes all washed, dried and folded back to my room within 2 hours.
I also liked that they had a gym, which from experience is hard to come by in a Chinese hotel that’s not a corporate western chain hotel. The hotel far exceeded my expectation as when I usually visit the area to see family, my family books me with a competitor near by which the rooms aren’t as clean and staff aren’t as friendly.

Cons:

A lot of other guests near me were smoking in the hall or their rooms which then the smell come under the door into my room.
I tried to use their app to order room service and look at other services but they needed a chinese number for me to log in which I didn’t have and was annoying.
