Easy-going stay in Puerto de la Cruz. The studio is large and has all you need.
Short walk to the city center.
The hotel has strict opening hours, no 24/7 reception which makes it less convenient.
For example you cannot leave a luggage at the reception as after 3pm there is nobody to give it back to you.
A good size.
Position. No access to staff most of the day. Some guests, who appeared to be long term residents were extremely unfriendly.
Booked at short notice due to flight delay and could not believe our luck finding this gem. Lovely pool, sun deck, lounge and games room with a large selection of board games and reading books (Spanish, English and German), an honesty shop for all the basics and a few luxuries. Very helpful and friendly staff. All areas very clean, loads of storage space and many extra features and accessories in the apartment and communal areas.
Initially concerned about lack of air con, but our apartment had large patio style windows letting in lots of fresh air and an amazing view to wake up to.

Ideal for two people or couple. The apartment is cozy, very very clean, light, and fully equiped. The staff is friendly and helpfull if you need anything. Great advantage is the balcony with the view to nice garden. I really recommend.
The sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping. The location of the apartment is up the hill which seems endless when you are walking from the bus station.
