El tren (DLR) está a unos 10 minutos, con dos paradas ya estás en una estación de metro que te lleva a cualquier parte de la ciudad sin problema. Hay un Lidl y Tesco a 5 minutos.

El baño es amplio.El anfitrión muy amable en todo momento.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers sowie die Ruhe des Quartiers. Die Betten waren sehr sauber und bequem.

Cons:

Der Wegbeschrieb war katastrophal. Bei unserer Ankunft trafen wir niemanden an und konnten die Türe nicht öffnen wegen fehlendem Passwort. Auch Booking.com war für uns nicht erreichbar. Nur Dank der tatkräftigen Unterstützung durch die Nachbarn konnten wir das Domizil überhaupt beziehen.

Das Elektrische musste vom Gastgeber am zweiten Tag funktionell gemacht werden.

Das Bad liess an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und duschen war entweder eiskalt oder brühend heiss möglich. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, da sie total überstellt war mit Nippes und Lebensmitteln.

Pros:

Le lieu est très bien situé, transports en commun à 5/15min. LIDL et autres supérettes à 300m si vous avez besoin de faire quelques petites courses, snacks et restaurants à proximité.

Matelas confortable, j’ai bien dormi malgré quelques bruits du voisinage à travers le mur.
Pour les rangements, vous n’aurez que des cintres et pas de placards.

L’hôte est très arrangeant et fait des recommandations pour les lieux à visiter.

Vous pourrez sortir et entrer librement, veuillez tout de même à rester respectueux en ne faisant pas de bruits pour ne pas déranger les occupants.

La température de la douche est assez spéciale à régler
