Cercano y práctico con cercanía al aeropuerto
Pros:

La cercanía con el aeropuerto y su servicio de transporte ida y vuelta, el servicio de restaurante 24 hrs, el precio muy accesible

Cons:

El servicio de café en la habitación era para 1 persona, éramos 2 , aunque hay servicio cerca del lobby, no hay como la comodidad de la habitación

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was exceptional. Great variety. We liked it so much the first time I booked it for our return to Mexico City two weeks later.

Could not open the windows in the room. Got a bit stuffy. But air conditioner worked okay.

Esta bastante cerca del aeropuerto. Las camas son comodas..

Cons:

Escogi el hotel por el servicio de transfer de/hacia el aeropuerto. Envie un mensaje 24 horas antes a traves de Booking para ver si nos podian ir a buscar....respondieron 4 dias despues del check out. Llame hasta 7 veces desde el aeropuerto y tampoco nadie atendio. Acabe por pagar un taxi hasta el hotel. Cuando lo comente en recepcion me dijeron que ellos no ven los mensajes de Booking, que unicamente por email directo al hotel y que era un servicio de cortesia por lo que no da derecho a quejarse. Al dia siguiente salimos a las 4 de la mañana hacia el aeropuerto...suerte que mi hija tiene 6 años y la lleve en colo porque habia una persona a mayores sin sitio en el transfer. Si ofrecen este servicio, deberian organizarlo mejor o directamente no ofrecerlo.

Excelente lugar, el personal muy atento, habitaciones amplias, la mejor opción de hospedaje si vas a un concierto al GNP, el desayuno súper delicioso, volvería sin dudarlo
