EXCELENTE HOTEL PARA ASISTIR A CONCIERTOS
Pros:

Siempre que me he hospedado en Krystal el servicio ha sido excelente. También la comida en el restaurante del hotel es muy bueno y económico. El servicio ahí es genial.

Cons:

Considero que las toallas pudieran renovarse, se sienten un poco ásperas.

Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is convenient—close to Walmart and Plaza Oriente. The area was quiet with no car noise or disturbances, and I felt safe during my entire stay. The restaurant is a great addition to the hotel with fair prices, and the café de olla was amazing. I also appreciated that the hotel had AC throughout the property. We used the hotel transportation to pick us up from the airport; although it arrived about 15 minutes late, the ride was safe and comfortable and the driver was great.

Cons:

Some of the restaurant staff were not very welcoming. On a few occasions, it felt like there was little patience when communicating with guests who are not from Mexico. For example, when I asked for a hand gesture or visual indication of the size difference between a “medio” and a “litro,” the server continued repeating the options instead of helping clarify. It wasn’t a major issue, but a bit more friendliness and flexibility with international guests would improve the experience.

A Great place to stay in Mexico City and near to the airport.
Pros:

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Early check-in was not a problem. We stayed here twice and had nothing to complain about. Unlike other Hotels, they didn’t find ways to charge us extra for things like luggage storage or early check in. Top notch place to stay. Breakfast was great as well.

Pros:

La cercanía con el aeropuerto y su servicio de transporte ida y vuelta, el servicio de restaurante 24 hrs, el precio muy accesible

Cons:

El servicio de café en la habitación era para 1 persona, éramos 2 , aunque hay servicio cerca del lobby, no hay como la comodidad de la habitación

The breakfast was exceptional. Great variety. We liked it so much the first time I booked it for our return to Mexico City two weeks later.

Could not open the windows in the room. Got a bit stuffy. But air conditioner worked okay.
