(1) A RM400 per room deposit is required during check-in, refundable upon check-out after property inspection.
(2) Eating durian, jackfruit and other exotic fruits in the room is forbidden, or the deposit will be forfeited.
(3) Check-out time is by 12:00 pm. Late check-out surcharge, RM 100 per room from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm; MYR 200 per room from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check out after 6:00 pm, an extra day's room rate shall be paid.

Late check-out is subject to availability .This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Das beste Apartment, das ich je gebucht habe! Im 24. Stock mit einem grenzenlos genialen Ausblick. Super hell, top Ausstattung, alles picobello sauber, sehr stylish – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil war, dass man sich ewig für den Lift anstellen musste… Sehr nervig und zeitaufwendig.

Stunning apartment and excellent service.
Pros:

We liked it so much here we stayed twice. The owner was great and kept our large bags whilst we went to a safari for three days. It was lovely to return to the apartment after the safari. We were welcomed with water milk and nice in the fridge on arrival and fresh fruit which was wonderful. There’s a large coffee machine which I loved and plenty of room to have breakfast each day with our children ( so 4 of us). There’s owners were so helpful when we wanted to stay longer. I can’t fault the service. The views make the property too. I sat for ages watching the boats and the sea and the sunsets

Cons:

The lifts are busy and it’s a bit noisy outside.

Perfect apartment. We felt so comfortable there. But one prepared for busy lifts and noise in the evenings
Pros:

The room was stunning and so well thought out. Lots of wonderful extras that came in handy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was to die for. It was great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer and every possible thing you could need was there. We used the pool which was also wonderful. The owner was great at keeping in touch and when we were locked out he arrived quickly to let us in.

Cons:

The lifts were always busy and there are only three. It was also busy and noisy at night which kept us awake sometimes.

整體氛圍就像回到自己的小家，非常適合情侶放鬆度假。第一次住私人公寓，體驗超出預期！大推！
Pros:

自助入住超方便，不像飯店還要去櫃檯登記。

房間乾淨又溫馨，燈光、冷氣和音樂都已經開好，房東特別貼心。
有小米掃地機器人、洗烘一體機和齊全的廚房設備，還準備了水果、膠囊咖啡、沙巴茶包、牛奶、果汁和飲料。
早上醒來就是整片海景，傍晚坐在陽台吹風看快艇在海上穿梭。
地點就在市中心，樓下就有大超市和市場，非常方便！

Cons:

臨時想要多住一晚， 很可惜接下來的房源滿了。

高樓層視野很好，整體非常滿意
Pros:

房間乾淨，也有工作台，網速也快。

我喜歡藍白色調配上海景，好有希臘地中海的fu，讓人一進來就放鬆。

牆上的掛畫好像是古董，很有味道。

這大樓在市中心，對面是海鮮市場，旁邊有超市，老街也是走路就可以到了。

Cons:

房東的每一間設計都不一樣，不一定可以訂到自己想要的那間

Perfect
Pros:

The host was there to show me how to use everything, and he provided basics such as milk, fresh juice, tea/coffee etc. The apartment was stunning. Very modern, everything I needed and more was there. I would definitely stop there again. Thankyou.

Comfortable and cozy.
Pros:

The view was amazing. Location of the place 5min walking distance from Gaya street. Home away from home. CK was very nice and sent recommendations for great places to eat.

Cons:

Not within property control. The noise from the street and the fishing market and sometimes smell if you step outside balcony. The property provided ear plugs which was nice.

Pros:

Tout. L’appartement est magnifique et impeccable. C’est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La vue est imprenable !
Le lit est très confortable.
Les marchés de nuit sont juste à côté.
J’ai apprécié de pourvoir faire mes lessives.
La kitchenette est très fonctionnelle. Je n’ai pas vu le gérant mais tout a été réglé facilement sur WhatsApp et il m’a aussi envoyé des liens pour les activités et restaurants environnants. Les petites bougies en arrivant ainsi que la musique, c’était charmant.

Cons:

Tout était parfait !

The owner was great, very accommodating and helpful. The location was good, close to everything

Cons:

Although the size was good everything felt too small. The couch was tiny and the bed too small, my husband’s feet hung over the end. There was also no room for the cases. Shower was terrible, minimal hot water and a mouldy shower curtain. The pool was busy with no seating. It felt like I was in a college dorm room. I honestly think that if apartments that are managed by a private host that needs to be stated on bookings.com

Great location and everything thought of
Pros:

Fantastic location, completely kitted out with everything you’d need. Host also left some nice extras for when I arrived too - tea, coffee, milk, juice, coke, etc The host also provides suggestions of where to visit / eat

Cons:

The apartment itself was perfect, the only issues I had were with the block itself. The lifts are unreliable and can sometimes take a very long time to come. For a new building it almost seems the lifts are from an older time. Also as it’s an apartment block there can be a bit of noise from neighbours - nothing the property itself can do about it although they do provide earbuds and eyemask in anticipation of this.

l’environnement de l’immeuble très médiocre, très bruyant. La piscine n’était pas agréable entre deux murs de béton. Très décevant par rapport aux photos
