One of the best places i’v stayed
Pros:

It’s clean & the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The weather outside was real cold but as the rooms were centrally heated, we had a good time. And the location was also good as we had small shops and malls nearby.

About the staff’s, all staffs did a splendid job. Serves at restaurant, cleaners for the rooms and reception staffs including the manager, everyone made sure we had a good stay.
I would like to give a shout out to Varsha for going over & beyond assisting and helping us.
THANK YOU WHOLE TEAM FOR MAKING OUR STAY WONDERFUL

Location of the room and the view of Jhelum river

Cons:

The room size, the extra karge bed mentioned in Superior King Sixe room is queen size perhaps smaller. I didn't appreacite the mis-selling on this and had to go downstaris to prove my point. Until they were questoining me that you have boooked wrong room, have you paid for extra child etc. unncesseray investiagtion
