Персонал был очень приветливым и отзывчивым, уборка была на высоком уровне, а атмосфера отеля — просто великолепная, нам всё очень понравилось. Отель превзошёл все мои ожидания. Мы приехали около 06:00 утра, но нам предоставили ранний заезд. Номер сначала ещё не был готов, однако уже к 10:00 утра наш номер убрали в первую очередь и очень быстро. Мы действительно очень благодарны, большое спасибо. Мы проживали в двух разных номерах: Medieval и Oriental — оба были красивыми и уютными. В номере Oriental были небольшие проблемы с горячей водой и запах канализации, но сам номер был милым и нам всё равно понравился. Номер Medieval был просто идеальным, именно он понравился нам больше всего. Также хотим отдельно поблагодарить Софию, которая работает на ресепшене — она замечательный и очень отзывчивый человек. Мы однозначно рекомендуем этот отель парам, которые хотят романтичный и необычный опыт. Счастливого Нового года всем!
