Pros:

Hotel clean and basic , full of charm with lovely views of sea. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, they made the stay. Thankyou for a lovely stay

A basic bed for the night
Pros:

Great location on sea front - walking distance to the open air theatre . Comfy bed , very helpful and welcoming man on reception .

Cons:

Advertised with parking but realistically only space for a few cars, parking was a nightmare ! Very basic rooms , bathroom is very tired .

Great Views and Great Staff
Pros:

The staff were super helpful, and communication before I checked in was great. The room was comfy and had wonderful views over North Bay. The bed was super large, and I had a good nights rest.

Cons:

Bathroom and carpets could have been cleaner. Breakfast was a let down. Buffet style ok, but the ingredients, especially sausage and beans, were not the best. Coffee from machine was not good either.

Very lovely stay and so welcoming
Pros:

I checked in around 23:30 and the night receptionist was so welcoming.
The bed was so comfy and I really had a great night's sleep.

Everything was great.

Convenient location.

Cons:

Parking poor, very limited at the hotel and surrounding streets were jam packed.
The staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel is dated, and just generally a little bit unloved. It's not dirty, but could do with deep carpet cleaning and a re-paint.
