The place is an absolute shit hole the only good thing we’re the staff were lovely especially Declan who made it bearable for us !
The staff are really nice and eager to help. The view we had was amazing. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of tea and coffee should we have needed some. Cheap room so didnt expect a lot. Was worth the money. The bed was comfy with clean sheets. The bathroom was tidy and the towel were clean too
The heating system made the most horrendous noise in the first room we had. Ended up moving to another room. Unfortunately the heating on this room was on full and the control didnt work so couldn't turn it down, ended up having to leave the window open all night. The hose for the shower head was too short and couldn't be adjusted. Im only 5 foot and it was too low for me.
Droning noise all through the night affected sleep lots of damp patches on the wall
The staff especially Declan and the night porter who’s name I didn’t take were extremely helpful
Noise from people above our room and the position of our room right next to staircase. All night was uncomfortable

Great location.
Dirty room. Spring sticking out the mattress. Tv didn't work. Smelled of dogs. No bar open. We asked to move rooms and Mark on reception was very helpful and sorted it for us straight away.

The view from the room was lovely. And the staff were very friendly
The wind against the window was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The continental breakfast was inedible. There was nothing nice to have for breakfast. The step up to the window in the room was hidden so I fell and pulled the tendon on my finger.

Could not regulate the heat in the bedroom.
