The decor and rooms weren't very clean and the were marks on the bedding, paintwork and the room was very small for the price

- Gute Lage (ca. 20min Fußweg vom Bahnhof entfernt, ca. 10min Fußweg zum Strand/Promenade)
- Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit
- Vergleichsweise günstig

Cons:

- Zimmer hellhörig
- Frühstück hat recht wenig Auswahl
- Ungewohnt: Waschbecken war in meinem Zimmer neben dem Bett, getrennt von der Dusche und Toilette

Schlechter als 20
Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Norbreck, im Vergleich zum Vorjahr war mein Gesamteindruck etwas schlechter. Die Lage des Hotels liebe ich, das Pwrsonal war wieder sehr freundlich znd hilfsbereit, als mein Adapter, den ich mir im letzten Jahr neu gekauft hattw, n7cht funktionierte, und das Frühstück ist für UK günstig und gut.

Cons:

Das WLAN war ziemlich wacklig, mein Bad war ungünstig geschnitten, so dass das Duschen eine gewisse körperliche Fitness erforderte. Das WC in der Bar war beim Frühstück nicht gereinigt. Zimmer sehr hell und vor allem hellhörig - da leider wieder einige Trunkenbolde anwesend waren, musste ich mit Schlafbrille und Ohropax schlafen. Eine gründliche Sanierung wäre m E erforderlich

Pros:

Pretty basic hotel but we were only really there to sleep.
Room was grand clean. Bathroom had a bath and again was clean.
No safe in the room, but we were able to use the hotel one for our passports.
Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast was your basic fare, but no hot food on the Monday morning we were there

Pros:

Stunning location with terrific views of both bays in Scarborough. A short walk to; The beach, town centre and Peasholme Park. Good all you can eat breakfast.

Cons:

The fact that when I looked to book for the equivalent weekend in 2027 the price had trebled.

could never steal there again, seriously reconsidering my use of Booking.com as a booking agent for my hotels.
Pros:

this hotel is more like a hostel

Cons:

the top floor is used to house homeless , during my stay there was a death on the top floor emergency services at the breakdown the door to retrieve the body.

I would stay again but only if I could be guaranteed a first floor room or especially room 101. But the thought of third

Location, staff, had previous really good experience and have always spoken highly of the hotel.

Cons:

I was in room 318 (I think, it was a single room).

There were people smoking on the top floor. I absolutely stank the place out. All of my stuff still smelt like smoke when I got home after the 4 hour drive and opened my boot. There was a really loud noise coming from a boxed in section of the wall by the dressing table which started at 6am intermittently. The lamp didn’t work and I just didn’t feel comfortable there at all which has made me really sad because I had a really wonderful solo travel experience at the start of May when I stayed in room 101. It couldn’t have been more perfect!!!

Budget Price Hotel in a Budget Price Town.

Reliable, at least they didn't cancel the booking.

Great wee hotel with a fantastic view
Pros:

The location is incredible, waking up to a beautiful sea view was a difference maker. I also had to get to Scarborough Spa and it was 25 minutes on foot at a push. Also, the staff were great, especially the younger woman who greeted my partner and I, and informed us of the parking scratch cards.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing springs to mind. I'd be lying if I said it's the luxurious hotel in the world but it completely surpassed my expectations when typically, I just book somewhere to throw my stuff in and then sleep at night.

Pros:

Amazing views. Comfortable room. Staff very helpful. My granddaughter and I enjoyed refreshing cold drinks in the bar after hot days on the beach.

Cons:

Only 6 parking places on site. It was a Bank Holiday so street parking was quite hard to find.
Evening meals would have been welcome especially as the dining room had lovely views.

The View was exceptional...Staff were friendly and d helpful

Hotel looks dated.
Bed was a little uncomfortable.
Could have been cleaner and window/sill hadn't been done in a while dirty and bits of debris in both in the room and Bathroom
Shower in Bathroom very difficult to turn off

Wasn’t happy from the start we were offered a car parking spot off booking.com and the hotel said we didn’t have a one,
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

If you wanted a drink you had to wait while the receptionist come barman was finished serving in the restaurant.

v comfy place.good staff and facilities,even had ents on when we stayed this time which was unexpect

Sea views wherever you stay in this hotel more or lesss so can t lose.Wxcellent value for money.Attentive staff and lovely rooms.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about apart from person in next room whose phone allarm went off 4 times from 3am to 7am,not good!but not the hotels fault.
