Cons:

The room was not clean, the windowsill had dirt and muck all over them including bird poo, the bath and sink was dirty having dried up shampoo in them and dead insects, the tv was not a smart tv, the heating for the room didn’t work at all so the room and bathroom was freezing, the heated rail didn’t work the tap was loose on the bath and the bed was like sleeping on concrete

Pros:

Location and views were outstanding. Staff amazing. Room was comfortable and bright.

Cons:

Parking isn't great. Very limited on own car park. Street parking (have to pay for using a disc service) is nigh impossible. Nearest car park St Mary's church does not allow overnight parking (shame). But if I stay here again, I will park near the YMCA further down the road at a pay and display.

Location was amazing. View from room awesome. Staff incredible.

Cons:

Parking (or lack thereof). On road parking (paid for with a disc service) was impossible. Nearest car park (st Mary's church) doesnt allow parking overnight.

Other than parking, all good.
Pros:

Room was fairly small, but absolutely fine for our requirements. Breakfast good, but last morning eggs were like superballs. New eggs were brought out.
A special mention must go to Mark, who was excellent. Nothing was a trouble & so helpful.

Cons:

Parking!! We got lucky with a spot close to the hotel, paying for a permit. The details said first come first served, but some bays had reservations on.
