Excellent stay 👌
The only problem we had in the extreme heat of late the window lock was broken and we were unable to let the Air in as it would not open ,I reported to the receptionist but the maintenance man was no available till we had left ,so the room did get quite hot.

Nothing
Great location and fantastic views
No entertainment but they have a beautiful entertainment room, shame.
The view
Very run down
Reception staff was lovely when we arrived. We loved the views. Outside the hotel is beautiful, amazing views of the sea. Hotel was basic but did the job.
It was the cleanest…bed was clean thank god but the bathroom had stains on the wall and also toilet blocked a bit before flushing.
Size of room & bathroom
Carpeting
Breakfast was adequate, could have been more choice for continental, as £12.00 for continental was too pricey for the choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was good, with excellent views across the bay.
The hotel seemed a bit tired and would benefit from being updated. The room we were allocated, although clean on the surface really needed a deep clean and decorating. Limited car parking spaces which you can only book when you check in. Also, the owners of the hotel chain had just changed their policy to charging customers £6.00 per day.
The sea view
The fact that we paid nearly £170 for a room that was more of a less a hostel. I am extremely angry
It was dirty, stains everywhere, the sink was in the room, the toilet did not flush, the carpet was ripped and dirty. the fan in the room was thick of dust. the floor was uneven and felt like we would fall through the door. The sink tap did not turn off. The shower was vile, mould and stains all over. Someone had obviously punched a hole in the bathroom door and they have tried to cover with tap and paint.
If we were not in a rush to go to the gig I would of left and went somewhere else. It is highly unacceptable the cost of the room and the photos on line DO NOT represent the absolute horror you walk into. £170 for one night is expensive and I will be demanding a refund on this. I am honestly appalled by it
Restaurant and bar area very tasteful
Needs a total refurbishment of bedrooms and reception and lift
One cleaner was very rude told me I could make my own bed and collect clean towels from reception I have raised a complaint with Booking.com customer service but not heard anything back from them
Room was clean and reasonably nice. The 1 staff member i interacted with was nice
Between the door and your room was very shabby. Expensive for what it was. Parking was a nightmare
The view and the very pleasant gent who told us where to park, checked us in and served our drinks.
That the poor man who met us and checked everyone in had to also then run to the bar to serve drinks. He was so pleasant with a smile on his face but he shouldn’t be on his own as he can’t be everywhere at the same time. Some things in our room were a bit shoddy and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, hardly any loo roll and hand soap dispenser wouldn’t work. The waterproof bed cover was also very badly stained.
Not far from where we needed to be
The rooms where filthy i dont think its ever jad a dust over thick dust bits allover the floor someone left over wristband on the floor lamp with live wires hanging out also
