Location and views were lovely. Staff were nice and welcoming.
No breakfast provided and only told day before - no money back offered.
The bathroom was tiny and the loo sit didn't fit properly so was very dicey using it.

Location was great, staff very helpful, good value for money. Ended up with a room with a bath which was great. Lovely view and walk to town. Breakfast was ok, first day was only continental but second was hot due to a coach trip!
First room had a flood in the bathroom so moved rooms - immediately which was good.

Very disappointed this time...double room with Seaview was so tiny we had to squeeze past each other..toilet hand wouldn't work...junk in drawers from past guests...new staff not very talkative and grumpy ...I was standing looking out my window last night and seen a member of staff watching me from outside quite a few times whilst having a smoke...very intimating and weird to be honest...definitely won't be back.👎

I travelled with my 2 sisters and recommended norbreck to my sisters for 1 night away, was very disappointed in the room one my sisters had booked which percifically asked for next to each other with her being very poorly with pancreatic cancer , was very saddened see her room mould and damp running down the walls and smelling horrible like sewers, there were also very heavy yellow stains on the bed sheets in the room., we had complained and the staff only had one other room available which was on another floor , in the end we had to pull a matress from another room and i had to sleep on the floor with the matress in my sisters room which wasn't very comfatable at all , we have got a refund which was very nice of norbrek to offer but it has now put my 2 sisters from coming to norbreck again due to the state of the room.and beds , I have been coming with yourself for years and do intend to come back again as I personally haven't had any problems in the past but would be great too see the room upgraded and beds more clean

Location
Attitude of guy on reception, but he did get us plates for takeaway, first thought was rude, after booking double nobody thought too say one allocated was twin, moved rooms, it was cold and uncomfortable bed
