Pros:

Очень понравилось отношение персонала. Были очень внимательны, старались помочь. Местонахождение хорошее, близко к вокзалу, и итальянскому кварталу. Номер чистый.

Cons:

Не понравилось. Номера начинаются только с 16 этажа, чтобы попасть в номер нужно подниматься на двух лифтах. Пожарная лестница закрыта. Администрация говорить случае ЧП откроется автоматически, но моя супруга чувствовала себя не в безопасности, нам пришлось снять другой отель. Завтрак хороший, но выпечка была не свежая.

Excellent hotel. Would like to come back in future. Strongly recommend.

Convenient location close to attractions. Good breakfast with varieties. Helpful staff - We forgot to take our stuff with us when left, they arranged posting to us.

Lovely hotel at a quiet part of downtown
Pros:

Impressed with the room facilities. Very high tech!

Love the buffet breakfast too and the laundromat.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English too. Much appreciated!

Cons:

It wasn't as centrally located as I wanted to. There were no nearby restaurants or shops around the hotel. You'll need to walk a couple of blocks to find activity and places to eat at.

Would be great if the hotel has a bigger convenience store or shop. Room service would have been nice too if in case you get hungry after getting back late.
