Прекрасно все: локация, чистота, завтраки, персонал
Pros:

Прекрасный во всех отношениях отель! Рядом четыре линии метро, до станций пешком 4-6 минут, ехать до центра и основных достопримечательностей тоже очень близко - 10-15 минут.
Самолет прилетел ранним утром, но нас - спасибо персоналу! - поселили сразу же, не пришлось ждать 14 часов. А это очень ценно для туриста - часок отдохнули и побежали осматривать город. Ребята на ресепшн дружелюбные и, кстати, нормально говорят по-английски.
Номер небольшой, но удобный, есть все необходимое (кроме холодильника). Полная чистота. Великолепная удобная кровать. Ежедневная уборка. В ванной все чисто и исправно, отличный душ.
Кондиционер тихий, мощный и отлично регулируется.
Вид из нашего окна оказался на магистраль, но при закрытых окнах очень тихо, никаких проблем. Номер светлый, солнечный, но плотные шторы тоже не помешали - они есть :-))
Завтрак - отдельная песня: вкусно, разнообразно, все свеженькое. Есть и китайские блюда, и европейские - сосиски, яичница, рис, лапша, йогурт, плюшки-пироженки, зеленый салат, фрукты и другое. Каждое утро набор примерно один - но есть все!
А уж кофе! Здесь установлена кофе-машина, варит великолепный американо, латте или эспрессо.
Кстати, рядом несколько типичных уличных кафешек, я такие люблю в Китае.
Так что если не ищете вида на небоскребы или парк у входа, а просто нужен уютный, удобный, чистый, современный отель для отдыха и за приемлемую цену - это то что надо. Искренно рекомендую!

Great location, close to transport . Taxi had difficulty finding right road to hotel.

Mixed bag
Pros:

Decent breakfast, close to the metro station, comfortable beds. There was free fruit juice in the lobby, which was a really nice touch. Wifi was pretty good.

Cons:

Despite the international brand, staff don't really speak any English- only one lady helping with breakfast was able to understand English and point to vegetarian food. Reception staff did not speak any English. Bedding changed after 3 nights. The hotel is right next to some very busy streets, which means that there is a lot of noise from the cars and taxis cannot stop at the hotel. Only one lift for 16 floors, which means that often you have to wait for a long time.

Great breakfast, comfortable rooms and well-connected
Pros:

Excellent breakfast! They provide a good variety of Chinese breakfast options that were very filling. The buffet has meats, vegetables, rice porridge, and steamed buns. You can even order a bowl of noodles from the kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and had great blackout curtains for taking a nap to recover from jet lag. The location is very conveniently located with a nearby metro stop that connects to several lines. It's quick to get downtown.

Cons:

During the day, the main road can be very noisy with cars, horns and police blowing whistles to direct traffic. Even in a non-smoking room, other guests were smoking by the windows in the hallways so the smell of smoke hits you when you get off the elevator and flows into the rooms sometimes.

Would stay again and would recommend!
Pros:

Decent. Does the job. Comfortable bed. Room is small but has everything. Needs to be a little cleaner. But it is a good and safe place, staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent for short trip for solo traveller. No fridge in room which is worse aspect.

No fridge in room!

Pros:

The hotel is clean and in a quiet area, and it is about a 15-minute walk by subway, they did not have a bad breakfast, and if you have Chinese programs, you will always find a bicycle in front of the hotel to rent

Cons:

They should be able to speak a little English or pay to buy a translation machine; they should not accept dollars from us if they are obliged to take dollars.
