Pros:

Location was good , room attendant was nice and polite.

Cons:

Many thinks
Reception did not pick up my call till 2 pm and we did not know whether we will get the room or not. Owner did pick up call in afternoon and told that I need to check with Reception before arriving to hotel as it is peak season and your room could have been sold out at higher prices. That too when we had receipt of paid advance to them
They did not provide water and glasses. Only on requesting 2-3 times they gave.
There was AC but no remote
There was wall clock but no cell.
Water in taps was salty , filthy and untreated .
There was intercom but they did not give any room service no.
Nos they give did not work.
Restaurant service did not answer.
You have to do down to Reception each time to request water , tea.
Managers of hotel do not take to pick up call.
All they care of money, took all in advance.

Cons:

After confirmed booking , i cal to the owner and he said our hotel is already full and i show my booking id then he said i can arrange other hotel on behalf of my booking , I agreed with him and when I saw the hotel, it was a very worst hotel , washroom was very dirty , Taps not working properly, bedsheets and blankets smelled and very dirty , All the money totally waste

It was the greatest experience in this hotel.... The staff is so polite and helpfull... Totally maintained property according to cleaning and new accessories... And it's best hotel according to location and Facilities... 3 star facilities are available in this hotel... And all the main temples are so nearby from the hotel.... If anyone is searching for best hotel in vrindavan so I request to everyone that try this hotel...
