Niente mi è piaciuto.
Nessuno mi ha accolto in reception.
ho dovuto sempre comunicare con una persona su app booking ma ok non è quello il problema.
Il problema è che ho trovato la carta igienica sporca al mio arrivo!
e poi alle 5 di mattina sono stato svegliato da un gioco per bambini che ha iniziato a lampeggiare ed emettere suoni.
Quando ho capito cos'era, mi sono alzato e ho tolto le pile.
vi prego di controllare! c'è una qualche impostazione in quel device / tamagochi / gameboy che parte alle 5 di mattina.
Questo evento non mi ha fatto dormire e riposare.
Doccia bruttissima con poca acqua che scendeva.
letto così così.
Questo appartamento non è all'altezza di ospitare un cliente europeo. gli standard di igiene e comfrot son troppo bassi. Sconsigliatissimo!

Close to SM Mall for shopping and markets.
Washing machine outlet hose is not fitted to plumbing drainage, will flood laundry each time used.
Leak from toilet cistern are makes pool on Toile/Laundry/Bathroom floor. (Dangerous for the unaware).
Power connection outlets poorly placed for gust devices and chargers etc.

Safety well cared for grounds and security and staff very kind and helpful.
Take my personal ID for the gate pass but understand why.
It is very cozy and clean, and it’s very close to SM mall. There’s a foot massager that my wife really love and there is a washing machine (although we didn’t use it but I think was nice). Beds and pillows are comfortable and there’s plenty of coffee, sugar and creamer we can use.
The only thing I can think of was the sink faucet, it continuously leaking when it’s turned on so I have to turn it off at the source underneath the sink. No big deal but it could be better.
The owner is very accomodating and approachable.
Some security guards are not well mannered..kht magkasalubong kayo sa elevator di ka man lng paunahin..ung parking slot #70 is not convenient esp if its raining..basang basa ako sa paghakot ng gmit di nmn mka decide guards if pwd lumipat kht saglit..bahang baha sa likod kung san ka maglalagay gmit sa compaRtment..

Good. Relax and slow life. If ride tricycle Near mall and market. Motor parking free. Cook. Laundry.
Disappointed little bit about… kitchen set is lack. Motor parking is full vacant. Lanudry dirty dust white. Walk far to mall and market. No store in condo.
Everything. The unit is clean and cozy; everything you need is there, including karaoke and a foot massage. The bed is comfortable. Free water and all necessary equipment are provided. The location is safe and has mall access. The owner is very accommodating, even with my concerns regarding schedule changes. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. The owner went above and beyond, adding decorations and ensuring a good and memorable stay. Though we didn't have time to use the pool, the owner gave us a ticket to use it. The pool is okay overall. If I could give it a 1000/10, I would.
Access to the mall is until 9 p.m. only. This is not under the unit owner's control, so all is fine. 🙂

The interior and the location.

Perfect place for a short staycation with small family. Had everything needed and located right behind a shopping center.
The room was very good. Everything, complete. Space enough.
When you dont live there and only rent it for a staycation, every person has to pay individiual. This is not normal i think esprcially because its not mentioned and not usual. Also the cleaning of the swimming pool should be announced. And using it was 150 php each person, while i got a message that we could use it for free. It was announced that we had to pay for it, but then dont send a message that its free.
My girlfriend paid but i would bever have done it.
For the rest its very nice.
No complains. Checkin was really convenient.
But write the exact costs, also in Booking.com. No hidden costs.

I love the cosy vibe that the unit gives in and it's clean, too! It's small but all the things that you'll need will be there. We also love how close it is to SM, Palengke (market), and other things that you might need during your stay. They are also very accommodating when sending enquiries and they respond to our queries and requests. Also, there's a pool that you can access during your stay. Normally you'll have to pay to get access but we got it for free so we're thankful for that! Thank you, Auberge!
I can't say anything in particular that comes to mind as we did enjoy our stay there, but if I were to choose one that would be the little fragile stuff on the headboard in the bed as we're very cautious not to break them because they look so fragile. But yes, like I said, we very much enjoyed our stay there so there's nothing I can think of disliking during our stay.
