Pros:

Breakfast was amazing had a variety of food. The location was a little far from cruise port and the airport .But I still enjoyed my stay was nice and quiet.

Cons:

We only stayed overnight so I don't have any complaints.

The stay was very comfortable. Room was excellent and customer service great.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and they have a variety of things including waffles, oatmeal, cereals, juices, bread, bacon, etc..everything very clean and fresh.

What's with the duct tape??
Pros:

We liked the staff. At least managers and front desk. The room having a unified tv was a good touch. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

New layout is very congested in the from entrance. Also tiles were duct taped and some of them had holes.

Soggiorno piacevole, ma con qualche problema di gestione degli spazi comuni
​Durante il nostro soggiorno la struttura ospitava probabilmente una squadra giovanile di baseball (ragazzi indicativamente tra i 9 e gli 11 anni). Di per sé la presenza di bambini/ragazzi non è assolutamente un problema, ma purtroppo la loro esuberanza non è stata minimamente gestita. Nessun genitore o accompagnatore, né tantomeno lo staff dell'hotel, è intervenuto quando la situazione sfuggiva di mano.
​I ragazzi giocavano persino con il sollevatore per disabili della piscina, rischiando di danneggiarlo, al punto che sono dovuta intervenire io personalmente per fermarli pur non essendo né un genitore del gruppo né un membro del personale.
​Capisco perfettamente che si tratti di ragazzi ed è normale che abbiano energia, ma gli spazi dell'hotel sono condivisi con tutti gli altri ospiti. Il mancato controllo e lo scarso rispetto per la struttura da parte del gruppo hanno reso il soggiorno meno tranquillo del previsto.
