Pros:

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, personnel toujours prêt à rendre service. Petit déjeuner complet et très varié bien qu'il soit très indonésien. Un hôtel avec un très bon restaurant, café. Proche, chambres grandes.

Cons:

Wifi très aléatoire, le plus gênant est le manque de prises de courant dans la chambre. La seule disponible et en état de marche était celle de la télévision, nous avons dû tirer le grand meuble pour y accéder.

Bijzonder koloniaal gebouw in het centrum van Malang
Pros:

De fantastische locatie midden in het centrum van Malang en het bijzondere gebouw. De kamer was mooi en ruim. Genoeg ruimte om je spullen kwijt te kunnen. Fijn dat er een tussendeur tussen de naastgelegen kamer was zodat we eigenlijk één grote kamer hadden. Water, koffie en thee was aanwezig op de kamer en werd aangevuld. Ik zou dit hotel zeker nog een keer boeken als ik weer in Malang zou zijn.

Cons:

De badkamer was niet heel schoon en verouderd. Toen we om 9.00 uur bij het ontbijt kwamen was veel al op.

Very pleasant and comfy stay in Malang
Pros:

I didn't know why this hotel received just a very average rating, but I'd say it exceeded my expectations. My room is pretty large, the facilities are fine and clean, plus the location very close to Alun-Alun Malang. The staffs were helpful when I told them the door lock issue. Highly recommend to visit the nearby Lapidoth Cafe as well.

Pros:

It had a good location and was placed a bit back from the main road, so that was good

Cons:

We had to change room to get the bedsize we had ordered and both rooms were very dirty - not only in bad shape but also just bad cleaned. The towels were dirty as well.
We ordered this hotel to have a pool, but each day for five days the pool was used for swimming practice for local kids, so there were absolutely no room for us at the pool.

Pros:

Instead of 4 star hotel, It should be a 5 star hotel. What a great experience. Love all their staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately in our room, the wifi wasn’t working. But the one in the lobby works really well.

Mooi klassiek hotel met name de eetzaal was nog in de originele staat met mooie hanglampen en oude nederlandse schilderijen en een mooie vloer. De appartementen waren schoon en sober ingericht. Bij het ontbijt kwam niemand naar je toe. Je kreeg ongevraagd een soto soep voor geschoteld met een kop thee voor de vrouw en een kop hele slappe"koffie"

Cons:

Breakfast choices poor and of low quality, no vegetarian option except rice porridge one day.
Beds were as soft as hammocks. Bathroom was ancient, full of ants and a shower that could not be switched from tap mode.
Located in a splendid Dutch colonial hotel which appears to have had no upgrade since they left 70+ years ago.
It could be so much more.
Very disappointed, when I suggested we leave my wife begged me to find somewhere else.
First time we've ever done that.
