Luxe torenkamer met een prachtig uitzicht over de gracht en winkelstraat.
Pros:

De torenkamer was voortreffelijk. Een prachtig uitzicht over de stad.

Cons:

Er was geen douchegel en shampoo aanwezig. En de vloer van de wc was ronduit stoffig. Magnetron stonk bij gebruik.

Locatie, zeer schoon, goed bed, en gratis parkeren (buiten stadswal = 5 minuten lopen)

Cons:

Voor mij persoonlijk is een synthetisch dekbed niet fijn, maar is voor de meesten denk ik geen punt.

Prima hotel!
Cons:

Het contact met de accomodatie.
Ik heb diverse berichten gestuurd via de chat op Booking.com. Daar is echter nooit op gereageerd.
De wensen waren wel ingewilligd.

Na de eerste nacht is er niet schoongemaakt. Op zich geen probleem. Maar er lag een handgeschreven briefje dat er elke dag schoongemaakt zou worden.

A fabulous stay 🤩 will definitely come back!! Photos were taken on a Sunday, which is why the shopping centre is quiet
Pros:

A most beautiful view overlooking the main shopping street, with its gorgeous historic facades. A fabulous location right in the heart of the centre, with everything within easy reach.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. A lovely thoughtful touch was the nougat and milk for our coffees — thank you!

A wonderful place to stay in such a beautiful location. Highly recommended!

If you do have wifi and data then the room key is easy to access
I went to Optomotrist next door to make a phone call to the office to help me open up the door to my room
Once in touch they were very helpful and opened the door for me with automated

Ga hier niet heen!
Pros:

Niets. Vies, klein, zeer onvriendelijk personeel aan de telefoon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt zou om 7 uur gebracht worden door een bakker. Om 7:25 was het er nog niet. We moesten dringend weg om een boot te halen. Eigenaar Bart de Boer van Snoozz maar eens gebeld. Hij zei dat het ontbijt zeker niet voor achten kwam. "Dien maar een klacht in bij booking" snauwde hij en gooide de telefoon erop! Terugbetalen van het niet-geleverde ontbijt doen ze niet, ze reageren nergens op. Wat een oplichters!

Fijne overnachting in de oude stad
Pros:

Midden in het centrum een mooie ruimte met prima faciliteiten. Het inchecken ging super, de informatie die vantevoren toegestuurd werd was ook zeer prettig.

Cons:

Miste nog net een bad in de kamer, maar dat was ook niet geboekt.
