Pros:

I enjoyed a 1.3 mile walk from the station to the property and the family were very welcoming. I was able to also walk to my daughter's property so the location was perfect. A local food store was helpful.

Nice and quiet, very helpful for the work trip.
Pros:

Very nice room with good facilities.
The landlady kindly let me stay past the nomal check out time, so I could get some preparation done, for my work visit. This was enormously helpful.

Cons:

Some instructions on how to find it would have been helpful.

Pros:

It was such a comfortable bed. Very welcoming. Quite area.
Children very polite when passing on the stairs. And complete privacy.

Cons:

My only issue was the shower screen wasn't very clean and the shower treacled it this was OK I would easily give a 10

Calm, comfortable room in a great location
Pros:

Very calm and comfortable room in a great location with secure parking. The host was very welcoming and gave us some information on local facilities, attractions etc. There is no TV in the room but this didn't bother us. WiFi is very good so could use laptop or tablet if you needed to. Excellent value for the cost.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there had been a shower on the same floor but I knew this wasn't the case from the details provided on booking. It wasn't an issue for us and the comfort and cleanliness more than compensated.
