駐車場が不便
Pros:

安くて綺麗で お部屋も広くて 良かったです。

Cons:

駐車場がいっぱいで 近くの駐車場へ置かないといけなかったので そこは 不便でした 小さい子がいたし 雪が降っていたしで 少し大変でした しかも コインパーキングからホテルまで行くのに 逆走になってしまうし グルっと回らないといけないので そこがちょっと…でした。

食事、🅿️以外はまあよかったです。
Cons:

子供連れなので朝食のレパートリーを考えて欲しい。
ホテルの🅿️がなくて近隣の🅿️を勧められて利用したが、15,000円かかりました。
早いもの勝ちかもしれませんが同じ利用者なので利用チケットなど作っていただきたい。

エレベーターのカード操作での安心感。従業員の方が丁寧で、朝の清掃員の方々の、笑顔での挨拶に感動しました。目的の神戸市立博物館まで歩ける場所でよかったです。南京町も大変近かったです。

Cons:

朝食のカレー、ナンは美味しかったですが、七十代の両親には少し厳しかったです。

観光の合間に戻れるちょうどいいホテル
Pros:

元町駅から近く、移動がとても楽でした。
今回はチェックイン前にアトア（水族館）へ行き、軽く食事をしてからチェックイン。その後は南京町や周辺で買い物を中心に観光しましたが、どこへ行くにもアクセスが良く、とても便利でした。

2日目も、午前中は元町センター街周辺で買い物や食べ歩きを楽しみ、夜はモザイクの観覧車に乗ってスイーツ巡りをする予定だったため、観光の合間に戻れる立地が本当にちょうど良かったです。

歩き疲れたら一度ホテルに戻って休憩し、また出かけられたのがとても助かりました。
立地と価格のバランスが良く、観光をたっぷり楽しみたい人には使いやすいホテルだと思います。

Cons:

大きな不満は特にありませんでしたが、強いて挙げるとすると、ベッドの下に少し埃が溜まっていた点が気になりました。

また、朝食は写真の印象と実際の雰囲気に少しギャップを感じましたが、日替わりカレーのモーニングはどれもとても美味しく、味には大満足でした。

スタッフの対応やサービスは丁寧で、全体的には快適に過ごせました。

リーズナブルに泊まれました。
Pros:

ロケーションが最高でした！
行きたい場所に歩いて行けて、ホテルのすぐそばに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。

Cons:

フロントの辺りにドリップコーヒーなどのウェルカムドリンクがあれば良かった。（個室にドリップ出来るコーヒーメーカーがあったが、水がないため飲まなかった）
