I found it expensive..the services were not upto the mark and as per amount the room was very small.shower wasnt working.overall the budget was high coz i booked it online without much search.

The hotel facilities and fittings were average. The bed linens had bad smell probably not washed well.
Bathroom was leaking in one, flush not working in other, lock not in 3rd.
Cleaning wasn't done well, Old stains all over. No cleaning products seems to have been used.

Bathroom was stinking. Toiletry was very poor. Room cleanliness needs improvement. only 2bottle of 500ml Drinking water supplied for double occupancy.
Agent commission is very very high I paid 5k+ for one day whereas on direct booking they charged 3900/- only.

Poor staff, poor room service , very high rates through booking.com we book 5 rooms in which approx 1000/room extra charge by booking.com and same rooms available in lowest rates. Also hotel deny to provide free breakfast. I suggest don't stay in this property and the manager in front desk very poor behaviour.
Not one thing the entire place should be shut down
I have no idea how this place is on booking.com 🤷🏽♀️ This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were like spring hammocks torn dirty and wet sheets filled with bed bugs. the entire place was damp and dusty. We complained to the reception desk and finally got our room changed to the family room the shower and toilet were dirty 🤮🤢. The food was cold and dirty restaurant and tables. Isolated on the highway nothing near by. Terrible what they tried to charge us double rate for the room calming that it was higher because it was made via booking.com I have no idea how this place even made it to your website booking.com need to set some proper hotel cleanliness standards 🤬
I've booked my rooms online but when I reached ,the hotel was full and they said they did not have any booking mail. I showed my confirmed booking mail but the behaviour was not satisfying. There was one room vacant which I booked but the manager told me to vacate the room early. I told him that the checkout time was 12pm but he did not agree he even asked to not to take the room and see somewhere else.
