This is a fantastic hotel in a strategic location. Everything is quality. The gym is fantastic.
Lokalizacja absolutnie fantastyczna, ciężko o lepszą. Obsługa bardzo miła, śniadania bardzo smaczne.
Pokoje malutkie, no typowo hotelowe. Łóżko wygodne, łazienka spora.
Jeden minus (dlatego nie daję 10) za bardzo brzydki zapach w korytarzu (I piętro) i w windzie. Nie wiem, czy to jakaś wilgoć czy używane środki chemiczne ale dla mnie psuje to trochę wrażenie.

Gdy szukam miejsca na weekendowy wyjazd, zwracam dużą uwagę na klimat i oprawę wizualną. Flaner przeszedł moje najśmielsze oczekiwania.
Od samego wejścia i klasycznej elewacji czuć historyczny charakter z nowoczesnym szlifem. Pokój był niezwykle przytulny – dopracowane oświetlenie oraz piękny malarski motyw na ścianie za łóżkiem. Każdy detal sprawia wrażenie przemyślanego.
Rano urzekły mnie śniadania – podane w formie dań z karty, niezwykle estetyczne i po prostu pyszne. Wnętrze restauracji z ciemnym drewna, dużymi oknami i ciepłym światłem wprowadza bardzo spokojny, elegancki nastrój.
Sama lokalizacja pozwala na pójście w miasto o dowolnej porze – łapanie kadrów Pałacu Kultury i wieżowców o zachodzie słońca oddalonych o krótki spacer to czysta przyjemność.
Obsługa to wielki plus! Życzliwi i uśmiechnięci. Polecam z całego serca!

Very comfortable, spacious room in a great location. All round an excellent option. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The situation is good. The design is nice.
Somewhat scattered management- there was a menu for breakfast, but noone asked if we wanted anything from the menu. The check-in was also not very helpful. I would say too much fuss but not solid. Rooms are small for the money.

zameldowanie, w 4-ro gwiazdkowym hotelu nie moze byc kolejko do recepcji jak do kasy w supermarkecie!
Umiejscowienie hotelu jest wręcz idealne zarówno na dojazd autem jak i na spacery pięknymi ulicami . Pokój był przestronny ale jednak to apartament Królewski i nie wiem jak wyglądają pozostałe pokoje.
Oczekiwanie na zameldowanie- ok 40minut. Poza tym płacąc 1600zl za noc oczekuje że w pokoju znajdę większy komfort niż dach nad głowa i wygodne łóżko . Niezabudowany surowy Mini barek postawiony na podłodze z kablem przez który można się przewrócić , stare biurko PRL ,a zamiast szafy /zabudowy postawiony stojak na rzeczy jakości Jysk - daleko odbiega od “królewskiego apartamentu “

Alcune cose del minibar ed alcuni servizi addizionali costano veramente troppo rispetto alla media di altri hotel europei.
Bardzo klimatyczny hotel, urządzony ze smakiem , w całym obiekcie bardzo czysto , personel bardzo pomocny, wygodne łóżka oraz pyszne śniadania w hotelowej restauracji. Bardzo dziękujemy za mile spędzony czas.
El hotel es perfecto, la ubicación ideal, las habitaciones espaciosas con camas y almohadas super cómodas. Hay silencio y descansas bien. El baño es grande y moderno. Todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno es estupendo. El hotel también tiene un restaurante donde cenamos y la comida estaba buenísima. Lo recomiendo totalmente sin dudarlo.
