Directions: If you are traveling by car, remember that Krakowskie Przedmieście street is closed to car traffic, to get to the hotel you need to use Oboźna or Karasia streets. Please Enter Oboźna 11 street in your GPS. Upon arrival, contact the hotel reception to open the parking gate.
A surcharge of 50 PLN applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The building is equipped with two elevators and is accessible for wheelchair users (entrance from the hotel Patio). If you have any questions, please contact reception.

The only small issue was the elevator. Only one available and runs very slow

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Pyszne śniadania, w restauracji smacznie.
Pokój rezerwowany dwa miesiące wcześniej a dostaliśmy taki z łazienką przystosowaną dla osób niepełnosprawnych i nie można było przejrzeć się w nisko zawieszonym lustrze. Duża szpara między drzwiami a podłogą, przez którą w nocy wpada do pokoju światło z korytarza oraz wszelkie odgłosy. Do tego skromny bufet na śniadaniu.
Tutto perfetto: camere pulite, spaziose e con tutto il necessario in camera.

Breakfast buffet and a la carte (free) were plentiful with many choices. The room furniture was simple, but very practical.
Perfect location for easy access to museums, old town, Royal Castle.
There were a set of steps and no ramp at the main entrance, the latter would be most helpful for the elderly and disabled.
Only 1 chair in the bedroom and the windows could not be opened.
Liked the decor, the staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was very good. Bathrooms were a decent size with lots of shelf space for toiletries. Very good location.
There good have been more storage in the rooms for clothes - not enough cupboards or shelves for 2 people. Had to keep clothes in suitcase. Only one armchair again no comfy chair for second person in room.
