La camera molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, comodo il letto e perfetta la posizione, in centro e a pochi passi da piazza unità d’Italia.
I gestori molto gentili e attenti. Mi hanno fornito subito il lettino per mio figlio che avevo richiesto ma non era stato montato. Nel giro di 5 minuti avevano risolto.
Ottimi anche gli infissi che consentono un buon riposo notturno nonostante la struttura si trovi in prossimità di locali e ristoranti.

Cons:

Ho riscontrato solo due cose che possono, tuttavia, essere risolte e rendere tutto perfetto. L’asse del WC probabilmente era rotta ed era stata scocciata con del nastro adesivo isolante nero e nel lavandino del bagno l’acqua faticava molto a scendere dallo scarico.

The communication with the host prior to arrival was very good. She was responsive, friendly, and helpful via WhatsApp, and kindly allowed us to arrive half an hour earlier than the official check-in time. Once the room was ready, it was clean and generally nicely presented.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. Upon arrival, the room had not yet been cleaned, which was quite unpleasant. It was uncomfortable to see the room exactly as it had been left by the previous guests. Although the host apologised and asked us to return later, the room was still not ready by the official check-in time.
There were also some maintenance and comfort issues. The bathroom door did not properly fit and could not be closed, and the shower appeared poorly constructed. The curtains did not block out much light, making the room very bright at night.
The location was also challenging in terms of noise. There are bars nearby, and especially over the weekend it was extremely loud until late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. It would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance or to have earplugs provided.
Additionally, there was a concerning incident where other guests attempted to enter our room, as they had been mistakenly given our room number and access code. Fortunately, we had locked the door from the inside.
While the host was always polite and apologetic, we were surprised that there was no form of compensation or gesture of goodwill given the inconveniences we experienced.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is right in the heart of Trieste — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.

A special thank you to the host — she is truly amazing. So warm, kind, and genuinely caring. You can really feel that she wants her guests to have the best experience. She gave us wonderful tips on where to eat and what to see, and thanks to her, our trip felt even more special.

The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. You can see the care and attention in every detail, which makes you feel at home right away.

We left with such a warm feeling, as if we had been staying with friends. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this place!
