Tolle Lage direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand
Pros:

Das Beste an dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage direkt am Playa Hermosa. Der Strand ist großartig. Sehr lang, mit ganz feinem, tiefschwarzem Sand und beeindruckenden Wellen. Im Hintergrund von Palmen und tropischer Vegetation gesäumt. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es eine Stelle, an jeden Nachmittag sehr viele Aras zu beobachten sind (Google Maps: "Parrot Place"). Außerdem große Echsen, Fregattvögel und viele weitere Tiere. In direkter Nähe gibt es mehrere Strandbars und Restaurants.
Das Apartment ist schlicht, aber sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es stand Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine bereit.
Der Garten mit dem Pool ist gut gepflegt und sauber, hat schöne Liegen und bietet Raum zum chillen.

Cons:

Für den schlichten Standard fanden wir die Unterkunft recht teuer. Aber die Lage und der Strand sind wirklich toll.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Es ist auch öffentlich gut erreichbar oder mit dem uber oder Taxi.
Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit/hilfreich.
Es bietet eine gute Mischung zwischen Entspannung und trotzdem im geschehen sein.

Cons:

Bei uns im Bad ist die Toilette „ausgelaufen“. Es hat unangenehm gerochen, aber nicht gestört.

The location was very nice, right on the beach.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness and maintenance. The refrigerator and dishes were so filthy that we had to clean them ourselves before use. When we complained, the cleaning lady made it even worse by using a dirty rag and a questionable liquid. The furniture is extremely outdated and the room is dark, as the tiny windows provide almost no natural light.

Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis für uns nicht angemessen
Pros:

Super war die Lage direkt am Strand. Nebenan waren 2 nette Restaurants. Die Eigentümerin war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine kleine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die zur Straße lagen. Der Lärm der Straße war extrem. Das war vor allem Nachts störend, selbst mit Ohrschutz konnte man die Fahrzeuge ( Autos, Motorräder,LKWs ) hören. Generell sehr hellhörige Unterkunft. Auch die Einrichtung war etwas veraltet, besonders im Bad, welches auch sehr klein war. Im Wohnraum gab es nur einen Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage. Für 900$ ohne Frühstück für 4 Tage erwarte ich etwas anderes.

קודם כל, בעלת המלון היא אישה מקסימה וחביבה בצורה יוצאת דופן שגורמת לכל אחד להרגיש בבית מהרגע הראשון.

שומעים את הגלים מהחדר
חוף Playa Hermosa הוא כשמו כן הוא
מרהיב ביופיו, עם חול בצבע שחור ייחודי.
הגלים כאן גבוהים ומרשימים, פשוט מושלם עבור גולשים מקצוענים.
במהלך השהייה זכינו לחוויה מטורפת של טבע פראי
ראינו סנאים, תוכים מסוג ארה ואיגואנות שהסתובבו ממש בקרבתנו.
זהו גן עדן אמיתי למי שמחפש שקט, טבע וחיבור לים.

It was so so.
Pros:

Location was good , it has parking spots and it's just in front of the beach. Room is quite big. Owner was really approachable and friendly , easy handover of the keys, etc.

Cons:

Area was extremely loudy, pool was dirty , there were some bats living in the roof so at night you could hear them. The handrails for the second floor have moving parts so you gotta be careful.
