El agua caliente para ducharse
Mientras destacan la limpieza y la grandeza de las habitaciones, lo que más me impresionó fue el cariño de la hotelera. Al llegar al hotel, estaba en un apuro, porque la empresa aérea había dejado la maleta en Cuenca; la hotelera me dio a última hora artículos de aseo personal, incluyendo cepillo de dientes, pasta dentífrica y chancletas. Esta atención merece mención honorífica.
It’s like a luxury hotel, the rooms, it’s located in front of a cute and quiet park with a church. The room it’s big, with a view and great bed, the lady who runs the place is so nice as I booked the wrong day and she gave me a better room same price when I showed up. Then I left my phone behind and she drove to the airport without me even asking to deliver it to the airline. The price of hotel it’s very affordable for what you get. I highly recommend this hotel.
I liked everything. It even has a gym walking distance, shops and two restaurants.

The facility is brand new, facing a nice park in the quite neighbourhood, the room was spacious and equipped with modern & cosy furniture and accessories, the bad was comfortable.
On top of the facility there is a a terrace with panoramic view of the Quito surroundings and stunning Cotopaxi!
