埼玉での用事の際に東京駅へもアクセスしやすいということで赤羽に。
とてもお安く泊まれた上に当日グレードアップもしていただきました！
大浴場もあり気持ちよくリラックスできました
近くにはコンビニやスーパーもありとても便利です。
また赤羽に泊まる時はまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

リネンが良くない
Pros:

タオルと寝巻きのリネン物が良く洗濯されていない。
タオルは黒ずんではじがほつれている古い物が出される時がある。寝巻きとタオル共に臭い。

距赤羽大站遠，不方便
Pros:

這間真的很可惜，
雖然就近走路就有赤羽岩淵私鐵站可以搭乘，但距離赤羽大站非常遠。走到赤羽站要走10分鐘以上。基本上你去很多地方，大站使用率很高。相當不方便。

除非你是公差已確定主要使用小私鐵站通勤，不然經常要用大站，每天走久了，都煩了。
飯店有浴場可以泡是唯一的救贖。


鬧區基本上也在赤羽站周遭，飯店周圍住宅偏多艇安靜。
赤羽也是個日本東京算是中國人眾多居住及做生意的地方。
從赤羽開始、蕨、一直延伸到埼玉邊境，基本上都是中國人買房及生活地段，一點都不誇張。
