An excellent stay, especially for solo travelers & concert-goers!
Pros:

I stayed here for two nights during the BTS concert in June, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I made.

📍Great location—just a 2–3 minute walk from Centum City Station (Exit 3), with Shinsegae Department Store right behind the hotel. It’s also conveniently close to Gwangalli and Haeundae Beach. It’s also right next to BEXCO.
🛏️ Spacious, well-appointed room that made me feel like a VIP. I loved the separate kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom, plus the huge TV, plenty of storage, and complimentary bottled water.
🗣️ Exceptional staff who spoke fluent English and even extended their front desk hours during the concert to accommodate late-arriving guests. They were always friendly and incredibly helpful.
🧳 Convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
🛗 Elevators and a convenience store in the lobby made everything even more convenient.
🔒 Safe, quiet, and very comfortable for solo travelers.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during concert weekend. Whether you’re visiting Busan for an event or simply exploring the city, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Fine but better hotels in the area
Pros:

The room was big and clean for 3 people. It was extremely quiet and we did not hear any neighbors!

Cons:

We experienced the same issue of leaking water from the bathtub/shower as everyone else but it wasn't much of an issue as we didn't take long showers. We placed a towel on the steps to soak up the extra water. However, when we asked the hotel for extra towels, they said that their policy was to only give fresh towels if we allowed them to clean the room. It is a weird and outdated policy as almost everywhere else would give extra towels without question when requested.

Good stay, good location, decent price.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The room itself had broken closet doors and the bed frame was being held together by tape. Additionally there was no WiFi in the room and due to there being no front desk people working past 2200, we couldn’t ask anyone to get it fixed. Lastly the elevator situation was not good leading to waiting around for 10-15mins at a time then had to take the stairs.

殆ど寝るだけだったので、その点では十分だと思います。時期的なものも関係してたと思いますが、値段が高すぎますね。
Pros:

景色とても良かったです。夜、落ち着いた場所で宿泊したい方には立地も最高で、駅近なのもよかったです。

Cons:

バスローブがあると書いてありましたが、置いてありませんでした。この時代なので、USBが接続出来る物があると良いなと思います。

Leuke locatie, veel restaurants op loopafstand.
Pros:

Fijne kamer en ruim. Twee badkamers was heel fijn.

Cons:

De deur naar een van de slaapkamers kon niet dicht en viel steeds open. Het bad lekte waardoor de hele badkamer nat werd en wij niet een bad konden nemen of douchen.

호텔 구조에서 입구층에 서로다른 호텔 프론트가 3곳이 있었습니다. 컨벤션호텔 프론트의 위치가 입구 정면 뒤에 위치하고 있어서 처음에 좀 당황했습니다. 간단한 안내 표식이 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

벡스코 도보 3-5분 거리라 너무 좋았어요. 위치가 너무 좋습니다.
1층에 카페, 편의점, 음식점도 있어서 편합니다.

Cons:

가격..?(가격 값을 못한다는 뜻은 아님)
그리고 침대 근처에 콘센트가 없는 게 조금 아쉬웠습니다..
