Dla niewymagających
Pros:

Miejsce idealne na odpoczynek, cisza, spokój, bliskość jeziora, lasu, fajna strefa spa, ogromny plus za basen czynny do północy - po 21 nie było już dzieci i można było spokojnie popływać i się zrelaksować - dla ludzi, którzy nie chodzą zbyt wcześnie spać wręcz idealnie. Bardzo czysto, miły personel, śniadanie typowe hotelowe.

Cons:

Jedzenie ala carte na bardzo duży minus, choć widać, że kucharze mają dryg, bo jedzenie było ładnie podane, to niestety wszystko bardzo jałowe, niedoprawione, bez smaku, oblane tłuszczem (nawet warzywa). Myślę, że cztery gwiazdki również nad wyraz, bo widać, że ząb czasu już mocno nadgryzł to miejsce, głównie widać to w restauracji (zastawa na stołach z porysowanymi złotymi talerzami, szkło stojące cały czas, które kelner powinien zabierać, jeśli gość go nie używa, szklanki które pamiętają czasy 20 lat temu) oraz w barze (bilard i kręgle). Brzydki zapach pod prysznicami w strefie basenowej, sufit na basenie cały w ćmach i robakach, szlafroki z urwanymi szlufkami i rozdartymi szwami.

Ładna okolica, pan obsługujący gości w pubie i kregielni z profesjonalnym podejściem do klienta.

Słabe oznaczenie parkingowe,, podczas dokonywania rezerwacjibbrak informacji na booking że pokój znajduje się jednak w osobnym budynku, a na basen czy do restauracji trzeba przejść przez podwórko. Basen maly w stosunku do wielkości obiektu, brak basenu dla dzieci. Obiadokolajca (bufet) bardzo uboga, dla dzieci praktycznie nic do wyboru. Przed przyjazdem dokonałam telefonicznie zamówienia tortu z dokładnym opisem preferencji (wygląd i smak) Nie był to tort, okazal się galaretką nie nadającą się do zjedzenia. Nie rozumiem osób które pisząc wiele uwag negatywnych oceniają obiekt na 9. Ta ocena jest nieadekwatna do opisu.

Lokalizacja oraz czyste pokoje.

Cons:

Bufet 120 zł za osobę obiadokolacja - cena nieadekwatna do przygotowanych dań oraz ich ilości. Śniadanie pozostawiło nieco lepsze wrażenie. W pokoju nie działał TV, mimo zgłoszenia nie został naprawiony. Rezerwując pobyt nie zostałam poinformowana, że otrzymamy pokój w osobnym budynku niż hotel i żeby dotrzeć na basen trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz. Sam basen mały, nie wyobrażam sobie przy większym obłożeniu hotelu jak to wygląda? Brak basenu dla dzieci. Siłownia rozmiar mikro. I na koniec tort, który zamówiłam przed przyjazdem i prosiłam o taki w męskim wydaniu czyli kolor czarny i złoty, a okazał się galaretą za 150 zł.

А nice place with plenty of spots for different activities. The grounds are very peaceful, green, and well-kept. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a kettle, robes, and shower gel. Plus, the Wi-Fi worked great at every point.
I was pleased to find free parking and breakfast included. The wellness area looks great and features three saunas, two Jacuzzis, and a pool, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

While some staff were very friendly, others kept us waiting, asked for extra fees for every little thing, and completely ignored our requests. For example, I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating a birthday and asked if they could put a candle in a dessert. I was given a list of paid services. Once I declined, they seemed to lose all interest—we didn’t get a candle or even a simple 'happy birthday.'
Also, the description mentioned access to a coffee machine, but it turned out coffee was only free during breakfast. Activities like bowling and billiards are available but come with a hefty price tag, unlike the symbolic fees you'd find at other hotels. Lastly, though a kids' pool was advertised, there was only an adult pool that can barely fit two families at once.

Cudowny pobyt w samym sercu natury:-)

Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa i wysoka jakość usług. Właściwie nie mam zastrzeżeń. Cudowne miejsce z klimatem. Warte każdej wydanej tam złotówki:-)

Cons:

Jedyna moja drobna uwaga a raczej podpowiedź. W strefie wellness przydałaby się wirówka do strojów kąpielowych. Wydaje mi się, że warto. Korzystam na moim basenie z tego rozwiązania i jest wspaniałe.

Bogaty wybór jeśli chodzi o śniadanie, wszystko przepyszne i świeże. Na plus sala zabaw dla dzieci, spa oraz Pub w hotelu. Bliskość przyrody również jest jedną z zalet Hotelu który znajduje sie blisko pięknego jeziora.

Cons:

Jeśli chodzi o siłownię trochę zbyt mała z małą ilością maszyn do ćwiczeń. Fajnie że jest kącik dla dzieci. Trochę niewygodne jest to, że z Gościńców trzeba dostać sie do spa wychodząc na zewnątrz. Zima i jesienią jest to dosyć uciążliwe.
