ロケーションは抜群!
Location, service, food, staff, room
Smell inside the room and the bathroom
Cleaning staff noise in the morning
The location was great
The beds only had one sheet. The brought a top sheet but then removed it when they made the beds.
I liked everything, location, breakfast and staff(all of them, reception, cleaners and especially restaurant staff Minè & Mustafa). Close to restaurants and of course Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. I would have loved to see the view from the terrace restaurant in the evening, but it was closed during my stay, but nevertheless that did not spoil my stay at all. If I visit Istanbul again I would definitely book there again.
Not really anything!!!
Good breakfast, excellent location
Can't think of anything
Perfect location.
Our room was below the restaurant... there was some noise, but nothing crazy or unpleasant
Pros:
- Excellent location - walking distance to all main sites (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazar, Spices Bazar, Bosphorus cruise, etc.). In my 2.5 days in Istanbul, I was able to walk around Sultanahmet and not use any public transit or taxis.
- Excellent overall value for money.
- Good breakfast with sufficient sweet and savory options and a breathtaking panoramic view on Hagia Sophia and Bosphorus.
- Very welcoming, professional and friendly staff - from the reception to the restaurant to the lobby staff, everyone was very nice and appreciative of each guest.
Cons:
- Shower gel was not provided (only little shampoo bottles), so perhaps the quality of the toiletries offered could be improved.
- Some noise can be heard from the corridors and neighboring rooms, so you might need earplugs (depending on your noise sensitivity).

The hotel is situated in the Sultanahmet area, within walking distance of all major attractions. The view from the restaurant terrace was stunning. Our rooms were nicely sized and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The owner takes good care of the property. If we ever return to Istanbul, this hotel will be our top choice. All personnel were friendly and helpful.
All was good.
Everything was very beautiful.
Very clean hotel in prime location. The staff is very accommodating and very, very friendly. Everyone is smiley. Special thanks to Ozgur and Hotel Manager Aslan. Their restaurant has great selection of delicious food and the view from the restaurant is spectacular.

The location was the best
The staff was rude, especially the people in the buffet breakfast. We were there for 4 days and the very first day we tried to ask for milk and and fruits because it was not available anymore in the buffet area. The staff said that it was not more something that we understand, but the part that we really hated is when a different table asked after us (people that spoke the same language as them) and they said yes and they brought the food from the kitchen and we had the same situation everyday.
