Leaking sinks, showers

We were very disappointed with this stay.

Firstly, we were charged an extra 290 riels because we had 2 children. One of the children shared the large king size bed with us anyway so I don’t see the problem with this and the reason to charge more as no breakfast was included or anything like this. Also after being charged more for children we were not provided with more towels and had to share 2 towels between 4 people for our stay.

Next, the position of the apartment isn’t like the photos, as there is currently extensive construction work happening opposite the apartment. It’s very loud and the view into this construction zone is horrible and obstructs and destroys the otherwise pleasant view to the ocean. An alert/photos of the current situation should be included in the advertisement for the apartment as currently it’s misleading and we actually didn’t get what we paid for. We will actually be requesting some discount/refund as this is dishonest not to disclose the true situation with the construction works happening.

Next, there was a horrible sewerage smell constantly in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed as otherwise the smell would drift into the rest of the apartment.

Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay at this apartment. It was a very disappointing experience. If you do stay in the complex, choose an apartment on the other side of the complex away from the extensive construction work happening next to it.

Limpeza precária. Roupa de cama de péssima qualidade.

Não foram fornecidos toalhas e roupas de cama para quantidade de pessoas, piscinas geladas fiquei duas noites e na foi possível aproveitar as piscinas mesmo com calor de 26 graus estava com criança então a experiência foi péssima

A secretária precisa se certificar que o apartamento ainda está ocupado foram auxiliar na limpeza entraram com a chave reserva e ainda estávamos dormindo .. em fim, do ter mais cuidado.

A necessidade de passar, toda vez, por uma catraca com reconhecimento facial que simplesmente não validava meu rosto.

Chuveiro não estava esquentando muito bem

Die Ausstattung der Küche war miserabel. Nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine gab es. Es gab einen Induktionsherd aber keine passenden Töpfe. Dafür hatte am eine alte Kochplatte dazugestellt, die immer komplett mit Rahmen heiß wurde.

Poderia ter uma garrafa de café no flat. Só tinha cafeteira. Somente uma questão de preferência mesmo.

A rede wifi indisponivel, tvs ultrapassadas

Falta de comunicação com o Luciano, anfitrião. Ele respondia aos recepcionistas não a mim. Tentei rever as condições das diárias e o mesmo não respondia. Apenas12h após foi que respondeu taxativo. Limpeza precária, ar-condicionado defeituoso e barulhento, não gela, cama desconfortável, wifi instável, descarga quebrada e lugar do banho muito apertado tv em cima de uma cômoda sem a base, ela só liga na globo, não trocava de canal e só desligava ao tirar da tomada. Muito precária as condições sendo que pontuais que estava indo e casal e com uma criança de 11 anos.
