Prima volta in questa struttura, ma già innamorati. La cortesia, l’attenzione e la diaponibilità di TUTTO il personale sono qualcosa di raramente sperimentato prima. Fantastico hotel per famiglie e non, ogni spazio e attività sono pensati e studiati al minimo dettaglio per garantire a TUTTI gli ospiti relax e benessere (cani compresi). La spa è superlativa, Cristina e Deborah sono preparatissime e gentilissime nello spiegare (ed effettuare) i trattamenti, consigliando al meglio la scelta. Il signor Winkler è un vigile e attento custode di questo angolo di paradiso, e fa sempre piacere vedere un proprietario accertarsi personalmente del benessere dei propri ospiti. Grazie mille per tutto, ci vediamo sicuramente prestissimo!

Great hotel in the Dolomites,
Pros:

Excellent Hotel with incredible attention to detail. From the spa facilities to the buffet breakfast to then all the extras like a backpack to take on hikes, we were amazed on how everything was thought off.
Would recommend it to anyone!

Cons:

nothing. The pillows maybe could be more comfortable but this seems to be an european thing. Overall couldnt fault it.
