Pros:

Very clean and large room.

Cons:

Says breakfast is included however we had to pay for half of our meal. I reached out to them and waiting on a response. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Nice visit overall. The weather was great, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
Pros:

I ate at Alloy and sat at the bar. Ashley was very friendly, professional, and pleasant to talk with. We had a great conversation, and she made the experience very enjoyable.

The restaurant was fairly slow at first, but there were three wedding parties staying at the hotel, and once they started coming in, the place became extremely busy. It was impressive to watch Ashley and Taylor handle the rush. They stayed organized, attentive, and never missed a beat with their customers despite how crowded it became.

Excellent customer service and teamwork from both of them. Way to go, ladies! Keep up the great work.

Cons:

Great Hotel
Pros:

Very nice staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great and was able to walk to get dinner at Griffins.

Cons:

Wish the restaurant stayed open later so we could have checked it out.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Whitney and Preston did their best to get us to a lower floor, got us into parking before we could check in and gave us drink pass and cookie since we had to wait for a half of an hour after check in time to get our room.

Cons:

Room was not ready at check in. After request did not place me on the lowest floor.

Great place with convenient location of Battle Creek.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The restaurant should be open longer to accommodate guests. You need more handicapped closer parking for the elderly.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff was very helpful and friendly! Whenever we are in the area, this is our top choice!

Cons:

Parking isn't the greatest, but it works. There is a parking garage near by.

Clean beds too expensive if non of the stuff is open and crappy parking
Pros:

Well I would like to point out I came here for a travel softball tournament and asked about the pool hours they proceeded to tell me the hours we go upstairs excited to relax before a the games and find out after we got dressed that the pool closed the day before our arrival due to something and wouldn’t be back open for weeks I spent a lot of money to stay here and the pool to be closed I should of got some of my money or a voucher for the restaurant or something for the inconvenience

The staff lied about the pool and didn’t even tell anyone at check in

Pros:

We liked being attached to the venue as we had early call times and all we had to go was go downstairs

Cons:

It took awhile for rooms to be cleaned
And there was alot of noises in the hallway after 11pm and it lasted until after midnight
