Nothing
Being able to get into our room at check in time. And not having to get ready for a wedding in the hotel lobby restroom.
Would not recommend this hotel!
Breakfast was served at the alloy restaurant. I had to pay for it extra. It was a great value though.
My bathroom floor and entry way was sticky.
Had bed bug
They wanted me to stay and a room with them I complained
Room and facilities were clean.
Parking lot was small and full both days we stayed, you have to drive further to their overflow parking deck as a result.
Staff at check-in counter had an attitude. It was very off putting the moment we arrived. I was going to let it go but my partner noticed it as well and brought it up as we walked to the elevator.
Nothing liked
Booking.com didn’t make payment to hotel and hotel front desk employee kicked us out of room. Both booking.com and hotel treatment is very painful and unpleasant and acceptable
Nothing I liked
Front desk staff member MR.Jeningeson was very rude and harsh. He kicked us out of rooms though we have booked for 2 days and booking.com site already paid to hotel. He sounds like racist and deliberately troubled though I’ve shown payment receipts. He bluntly told us to contact booking.com later his manager shown up and that lady resolved issue in 5 mins and given us access cards to enter room. She offered complimentary breakfast for the harassment done by her staff member. But we denied. It’s overall horrible experience and I never ever get into this hotel again
Very clean and large room.
Says breakfast is included however we had to pay for half of our meal. I reached out to them and waiting on a response. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
I ate at Alloy and sat at the bar. Ashley was very friendly, professional, and pleasant to talk with. We had a great conversation, and she made the experience very enjoyable.
The restaurant was fairly slow at first, but there were three wedding parties staying at the hotel, and once they started coming in, the place became extremely busy. It was impressive to watch Ashley and Taylor handle the rush. They stayed organized, attentive, and never missed a beat with their customers despite how crowded it became.
Excellent customer service and teamwork from both of them. Way to go, ladies! Keep up the great work.
Nothing , hotel was great.
Very nice staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great and was able to walk to get dinner at Griffins.
Wish the restaurant stayed open later so we could have checked it out.
Whitney and Preston did their best to get us to a lower floor, got us into parking before we could check in and gave us drink pass and cookie since we had to wait for a half of an hour after check in time to get our room.
Room was not ready at check in. After request did not place me on the lowest floor.
Location was great.
The restaurant should be open longer to accommodate guests. You need more handicapped closer parking for the elderly.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff was very helpful and friendly! Whenever we are in the area, this is our top choice!
Parking isn't the greatest, but it works. There is a parking garage near by.
The restaurant downstairs the Alloy is phenomenal and love that the arena is attached.
