Categories

Cleanliness
8
Many guests report rooms as clean and well-kept, but several notable negatives (stains on carpet, foul bathroom odor, a reported dirty room) lower the score slightly.
Service
8.7
Mostly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming by many guests; however there are multiple specific complaints about a rude/unhelpful receptionist and one refusal to change rooms, so overall positive but mixed.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised for quiet location and proximity to train station / convenient for transit; only minor note that it's a short walk to the city centre for some guests.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms are modern, spacious and beds are frequently praised, but issues mentioned include uncomfortable pillows, carpet stains, occasional bathroom smell and bathtub-only showers causing wet floors.
Amenities
7.6
Good modern amenities (coffee machine, functioning AC for many), but recurring negatives: parking availability/cost, vending machine prices, and some guests found the AC controls non-intuitive or not controllable at night.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests explicitly call the hotel fair-priced or 'worth the money' and praise price-performance; high parking fees and extra charges slightly reduce perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is repeatedly described as very good or excellent; isolated complaints about menu items being unavailable or limited do not outweigh generally strong breakfast feedback.
Overall Experience
8.2
Majority of stays described as 'great', 'prima' or would stay again thanks to clean, comfortable rooms and good breakfast; isolated strong negatives (refused room change, rude reception) bring the overall impression down slightly.
