Pros:

Staff was persistent in solving an issue but did not resolve satisfactory.

Cons:

Hyatt house overbooked and ended up giving me an alternate room than what I had reserved. The hotel then had complications refunding me the difference and sent it to the wrong card even though I had clearly explained I wanted my refund returned to the debit card they charged the room to (which was also charged prematurely as I selected to pay at the property and should have been able to have the room confirmed prior to being charged).

Left early, before breakfast opened.

Cons:

Microwave in the room didn't work, and the coffee pot smelled like coffee and wasn't suitable for heating water for tea. I was tired - I just didn't bother with the tea, which I am accustomed to having. The desk person was apologetic. I was in the room from 9 PM to 4 AM, and there wasn't a thing that he could do about the microwave other than to offer a different room, which I declined since I had already unpacked.

Unwelcoming and unpleasant experience.

Cons:

Front desk staff were less than professional and a fire alarm disrupted our stay causing us to have to leave the premises in the cold late at night ruining our stay and relaxation. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience and staff was unpleasant and unprofessional in their response.

The aesthetics are nice!
Pros:

Clean, new the aesthetics. The floor plans of rooms was designed nice

Cons:

Paying for parking daily was a disappointment! Especially for that location. Check in there were issues with accommodations we did resolve it but totally could have been avoided.
