Disappointing Room Allocation and Overall Comfort

I was assigned a different room type than the one I had originally booked. When I asked the reception team for clarification, the explanations provided were somewhat inconsistent, which made the situation unclear. I also spoke with the manager the following morning and received a different explanation. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, I would have appreciated a clearer resolution and acknowledgment of the issue.

Regarding the room itself, it felt quite small for two people and appeared to be in need of better maintenance, featured a visibly dirty armchair, holes in the floor, and an uncomfortable bed. Overall, the room did not feel as cozy as expected.

Die Lage ist super Zentral. Das Containerhotel hat flair. Es gibt mehrere Wahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist schon etwas abgewohnt, dass war für den Preis aber okay.

Surprisingly quiet area but close to shops.
Lucked out with quiet neighbours, didn’t hear a peep!
