Ruhiges Wohnviertel nähe Schloss Nymphenburg. Haltestelle Romanplatz 5 Gehminuten ... Gemütliches nicht zu großes Haus mit Jugendstil Flair. Freundliches Personal leckeres Frühstück.

Ich verstehe ja die Parkplatz Situation in München... aber 17.- € pro Nacht Parkgebühr ....

Cons:

Erste Nacht in sehr kleinen Zimmer ohne warmes Wasser und Heizung. Jedoch wurde ein größeres Zimmer angeboten und eine Entschädigung für kaltes Wasser und fehlende Heizung

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in toller Lage in Laufentfernung vom Schloss Nymphenburg. Die Parksituation ist unproblematisch, kostenfreie Parkplätze sind auf der Straße nahezu jederzeit verfügbar. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 10 min entfernt. Das Gebäude ist denkmalgeschützt, daher gibt es keinen Fahrstuhl. Das Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, da es uns zu teuer erschien. Letztlich haben wir im Café aber mehr bezahlt.

Gute Lage - und das war wohl alles, was man positiv bewerten kann.

Cons:

Die Bestätigung des Schlüssel-Codes für die Spätanreise dauerte Stunden. Das Zimmer mit alten Möbeln, schmuddeligem Teppich, durchgelegenem Bett und einem klitzekleinen Bad. ALles angestoßen und abgewohnt, auch auf den Fluren.

Pros:

El hotel es familiar, pequeño, y muy cómodo. La gente muy amable y servicial. El desayuno espectacular y platos calientes se pide extra y se hace en el momento por una Señora encantadora.

Cons:

Las habitaciones de planta baja tiene las paredes muy finas, se escucha todo a todas las horas.
