Stilvoll, einfach, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, aber wenig Komfort
Pros:

Ein altes Haus mit Atmosphäre und Stil, sehr schön gelegen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück einfach aber gut. Die Zimmer sind eher "old Style" eingerichtet, aber sehr ruhig. Ich hatte kein Problem, in der Straße kostenfrei zu parken.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei, in die oberen Etagen gibt es nur eine steile Treppe, was der alten Struktur geschuldet ist. Die Bäder sind sehr klein, in der Dusche konnte ich mich nicht umdrehen, geschweige denn bücken.

Pros:

Frühstückspreis entspricht der Leistung und Inhalt :-) Sehr lecker und sehr guter Kaffee.
Absolut hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und per Tram 7 min zu Fuß und Bus 5 min zu Fuß ohne Schwierigkeiten zu erreichen.
Das Schloss und der Schlossgarten Nymphenburg sind in ca. 5 zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Etwas dünne Wände und Türen, was aber nicht wirklich stört.

Tolles Personal, die Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovierung
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist mehr als nur „in die Jahre gekommen“. Das Bett knarzt und quietscht, die Matratze hat schon bessere Tage gesehen.
Es ist extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Husten, jede Spülung und jeden Lichtschalter.
An der Zimmertüre wünsche ich mir einen Riegel oder eine Kette - wenigstens ein bisschen was.
