Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Shanghai zu entdecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um die Stadt zu entdecken, Fußgängerzone und Bund sind schnell zu erreichen. Hervorragendes Viertel mit vielen exklusiven und schönen Geschäften. Es gibt sogar eine Bäckerei nach westlichem Vorbild! U-Bahn fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer mit sehr luxuriöser Ausstattung, sehr großzügiges Bad, absolut ruhig, obere Stockwerke traumhafte Aussicht, sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück herausragend. Vor allem das Personal hat durch Umsicht, Hilfsbereitschaft und Liebenswürdigkeit bestochen.

Pros:

The sheets are the best i ever experienced. The cotton was so extremely smooth and the sleeping experience was excellent. Staff were all friendly and professional. Gym is really good. Cocktails in the Ritz Bar were phenomenal. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Cons:

The selection of spirits in the club liunge was not very high quality. The malbec and the food however were good.

Cons:

Room AC was broken during the hottest two days of the years. The room hit 28C during the evening, making it difficult to stay asleep. Requested fix or room change in morning, but they could only provide portable AC in the evening that barely helped. Had to order delivery of fans at 4am. This unfortunately overshadows an otherwise wonderful experience as it messed up both nights of sleep.

Lokacija je dobra, osoblje ljubszno, udoban krevet

Cons:

Nije nam se svidjeo bazen, interijeru soba i kupaona je potrebna obnova, stropovi su niski i zagušujući. Ništa ne ostavlja dojam luksuza.

Excellent value for money! Would stay again!
Pros:

Loved the bed!! Best sleep ever! The room temperature was at a constant perfect temperature. And the bathroom - very big, nice marble design and layout!

Cons:

Although probably the best hotel I stayed in in my life I can imagine that the more expensive Ritz Carlton Pudong may have more bells and whistles.

Pros:

Large clean rooms. Hotel has a good ambiance.L, very good breakfast.

Cons:

I left my bags to storage at check out. When i came to pick them up. I saw that they put someone else’s ticket on my luggages. Luckily the other person didn’t get mine by accident. This is an unacceptable mistake. Plus the stuff at the reception are not fluent in English which is surprising in a mega city like Shanghai

I stayed this hotel 2 nights i would say it was really good, but i sent my bikinis to the laundry and guess what it cost
