Pros:

Good location and view. Breakfast with very good choice.

Cons:

The only not convenient thing is deposit which is blocked and it will take time to return it.

My favorite hotel

Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für das Portman Ritz Carlton entscheiden.
Pros:

Es hat einfach alles gepasst und die Buchung der Club Lounge kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch das Gym ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Overall it's good. Just eat your breakfast somewhere else and bring your own hair dryer.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good. It's at Jing An district, where a lot of the major attractions and shopping malls are. The services are good as well and the space of the rooms is just fine with a big-enough bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good as there were not a lot of choices and even the omelettes didn't taste good. And the hair dryer was the biggest disapointment - a 5-start hotel shouldn't have such a terrible hair dryer in 2026.

First, it is the type that is permanently fixed inside a drawer, which forces you to stand in a specific spot in the bathroom just to dry your hair—there is zero flexibility. Second, it requires you to constantly hold down the power button for it to keep running. Super outdated. I know this hotel is old but keep up, please.
